We happened upon **Osteria Montellori** and it turned out to be a truly positive surprise!
From the first course to the last, the experience was excellent: the kitchen offers truly delicious dishes *in every sense*, satisfying both the eye and the palate. You can clearly taste the quality of the ingredients, the care taken in preparation, and the great passion behind the stove.
The welcoming atmosphere and attentive service made the evening even more enjoyable. When you eat this well, you only want to return as soon as possible.
We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended! 🙌🍷

Good food, ok atmosphere and service but VERY HIGH prices. Two dishes, a dessert and wine (I repeat all acceptable) 65 euros seems excessive to me.

We came to Osteria in search of local dishes. This charming retreat did not disappoint.
The olive oil in the best we tried in all of Italy! The bread and meals were amazing and flavourful.
Staff were friendly and patient with our limited Italian.

The dishes are delicious, carefully crafted, and rich in flavor. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to offer the best possible advice. The atmosphere is warm and meticulously maintained, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. Highly recommended if you're in Fucecchio, a guarantee!

I went for a business lunch, I found the waitresses unprofessional, both the young one and the older lady. I liked the starters, the dessert. I took the pastiera to go back to the origins but I found it very cold and not very pleasant. It's a shame.

EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT. WE'LL BE BACK SOON. FROM THE APPETIZER TO THE MAIN COURSE. WE CELEBRATED A 60TH BIRTHDAY.
The atmosphere was very comfortable and welcoming. The place was clean and the owners were very kind.

The restaurant has an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is very professional and kind, attentive to the customer's needs.
The food is delicious, with meticulously presented dishes and unique flavor combinations.
They have a wide selection of gluten-free options, making you feel "normal" even if you have intolerances.
It's an experience I recommend to everyone, but especially to those like me who have to eat gluten-free.

It was a family evening; we're from the small town, but we'd never been before. We were greeted by two very kind and affable ladies in the dining room, who proved to be the highlight of the evening. Unfortunately, the dishes didn't live up to the service. The entrée was an artichoke arancini, which tasted strongly of fried oil and very little artichoke. The antipasti platter, with cured meats, was neither excellent nor lacking in quality, and from a place like this, I expected much better quality. The porcini mushroom tart was very good. The tartare wasn't very exciting. We ordered two first courses (pappardelle with hare and paccheri with pork sauce) that tasted reheated, as if they were "old," very greasy, and lacking in flavor. We also didn't like that one dish wasn't on the menu (which the ladies had presented impeccably) and that it was replaced with liver. The dish was a liver, also reheated with turnips, for €20, the amount we saw on the receipt at the door, compared to €14 for the dish that wasn't there. We were naive not to ask, they were clever to do so. The trifle was from the refrigerator, the tiramisu was deconstructed (my wife said it was very good), and the gianduja cream, which was a biscuit with Nutella and pistachios on top. The bill came to €123, with the kindness of the lady who evened it out. Honestly, as a local, I was hoping for much better. The atmosphere is very refined and welcoming, and it deserves better quality cuisine.
