Excellent restaurant, the menu offers a wide variety of choices with truly delicious and carefully crafted dishes that are anything but ordinary. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed. The staff is very kind, attentive, and friendly. I highly recommend it!

We booked a table because we'd heard so much about it. We weren't disappointed at all! A truly top-notch little restaurant. For a Saturday, the atmosphere was quiet, the service a little slow, but the food was fantastic. Many vegetarians eat fish, like me, so I fully approve of the choice to offer both vegetarian and fish dishes. On the platter, the fake "salami" was very similar to the real thing. The carbonara too. I've never tried anything so close to meat. Prices are very reasonable. Congratulations.

Be patient. The atmosphere is very nice, bright, and welcoming. The dishes are carefully prepared and beautifully presented. But I didn't understand the menu: macrobiotic, vegan cuisine...but then there are many fish dishes. The service was disappointing. There was a long wait for the order to arrive, with no respect for the order of other customers. The dishes we ordered arrived in disarray (I got mine after everyone else at my table had already finished). We couldn't get coffee because it ran out (!!!).

We ate "tagliatelle with vegan seitan ragout" and "cauliflower steak" and for dessert some cake with apricot compote and a vegan tiramisu - great!! And we got a very nice service, thanks a lot for this evening!

This isn't my first time at Ramerino, but today they outdid themselves! The waitress was kind enough to let us dine outside as we requested, even though there were no tables set. The food tastes better every time I go back! In my opinion, one of the best vegan options in Florence.

22/02/2026: Authentic Italian experience. We arrived just as they were going to close after lunch (weren’t aware of this custom) and when they found out we were Canadians, we were ushered to a table and treated like we were long lost relatives they hadn’t seen in years, incuding free shots of some flavorful Italian liqueurs. Son was the waiter, momma was hostess/kitchen help and poppa worked the kitchen. We were familia! No Italian on our part, no English on their part, they just used the Love to make it special. ❤️❤️
17/02/2026: Here in Brazil, there's a huge fan of this Trattoria. Besides the spectacular food, the reception and hospitality were indescribable. Everything was incredible!!!

04/05/2026: It wasn't the most delicious meal in Florence, but it still tasted good. Unfortunately, the service wasn't great. The restaurant was very loud, and unfortunately, my clothes smelled bad afterward.
19/04/2026: I'm not exaggerating when I say this place is a real find. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere envelops you and makes you feel right at home. It's rare to find a place where the warmth of the staff matches the quality of the food, but here they more than achieve it. The best parts of the experience: The food: Simply excellent. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients and the care put into every dish. The service: The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, taking care of every detail without being intrusive. The personal touch: Even the owner came over and sat down to chat with us at the table! That kind of gesture makes all the difference and makes you feel like an honored guest rather than just a customer. Value for money: The prices are very reasonable for the level of quality they offer. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you for such a special evening!
