Be patient. The atmosphere is very nice, bright, and welcoming. The dishes are carefully prepared and beautifully presented. But I didn't understand the menu: macrobiotic, vegan cuisine...but then there are many fish dishes. The service was disappointing. There was a long wait for the order to arrive, with no respect for the order of other customers. The dishes we ordered arrived in disarray (I got mine after everyone else at my table had already finished). We couldn't get coffee because it ran out (!!!).

We ate "tagliatelle with vegan seitan ragout" and "cauliflower steak" and for dessert some cake with apricot compote and a vegan tiramisu - great!! And we got a very nice service, thanks a lot for this evening!

This isn't my first time at Ramerino, but today they outdid themselves! The waitress was kind enough to let us dine outside as we requested, even though there were no tables set. The food tastes better every time I go back! In my opinion, one of the best vegan options in Florence.

I had dinner last night with my family. The food was delicious (especially the carbonara and gnocchi) and the staff was super friendly and helpful!!! ❤️❤️ I recommend trying it!

If you're looking for vegan dining in Florence, I highly recommend it, both for the truly delicious food (the desserts are exceptional) and the extremely friendly and professional service. On the recommendation of a friend, I ate at this delightful restaurant. The welcome was excellent, and the menu was beautiful on a blackboard. The vegan carbonara was tasty, plentiful, and creamy. A common feature of all the dishes we tried was their truly delicious flavor. The vegan coconut dessert was a real treat. Truly delicious. Thank you!

Delicious food, you can taste the quality ingredients. Great for those new to vegan cuisine, very balanced dishes (generous portions, but you finish them all!!!). Very serene, relaxing, and well-kept space. Superb service, everyone is very nice, they explain everything to you (if you want) without being intrusive. I recommend the vegan carbonara (better than the classic one and lighter) and the seitan with vegetables. Oh, and the falafel... nothing like the ones at the supermarket 💕 Prices aren't affordable for everyone, but they're worth it! It was truly a treat. We'll be back!!

Every dish was bursting with authentic flavor, from the fresh pasta to the slow-cooked sauces and rustic desserts. It felt like being invited into a local family’s kitchen. What made the experience even more special was the atmosphere cozy, welcoming, and full of character. You can really feel the passion behind everything they do. If you’re in Florence and want to experience genuine local food and the warmth of a true Italian family, don’t miss this place. It was one of the highlights of our trip!
03/01/2026: Highly recommended for lunch near the Strozzi Palace and the Uffizi Gallery. Excellent pasta, good service, and a comfortable atmosphere. Home-style, family-run food. The tagliatelle with pesto was wonderful, and the gnocchi with tomato sauce was also very good. We didn't take pictures of the main courses, but we thoroughly enjoyed them. Prices are typical for the area; not cheap, but not expensive either. Perhaps the best value for money we found in our four days in Florence. We were there a few days ago and didn't want to miss the opportunity to write a review. Thank you.
