Trattoria Cesarino In Firenze

03/04/2024: Me and my partner had dinner here. Google said it opened 7:30, we came 7:50 and it was just unlocked but the chef hasn’t arrived yet. No problem. We sat down and browsed the menu. We had appetizer, first course, second course and dessert. We shared a bruschetta, then she had soup and I had spaghetti as first course. Second course we both got meat. We finished of with Tiramisu. The atmosphere is lovely with great potential, at the time there was rap music going on which didn’t not blend in well with the atmosphere. The service was great, good English, friendly and service minded. The food was not as we expected. Based of the reviews it was supposed to be amazingly good. The appetizer and first course were very salty, too much salt and I’m not even that sensitive. The meat were good all though my partner asked for medium and got rare. Otherwise it seems to be a nice place. Would go again for a second opinion.

02/04/2024: Restaurant next to our accommodation which doesn't look like much but which was a great discovery. We went back several evenings in a row because everything was there to have a good time. The cuisine is tasty with more than sufficient portions. The staff and owners are adorable. They even held our suitcases on the day of our departure so that we could walk around while waiting for our flight. Grazie mille e ciao!
