11/05/2026: Nice restaurant, a little too close to the road, which is annoying when cars pass by, but fortunately there aren't many. Wide selection, a bit touristy, considering that they also feature truffle and porcini mushroom dishes, served year-round. Average prices. The staff were friendly and smiling, making it a pleasure to spend a few hours at this restaurant for lunch.

05/05/2026: We're in Piazza di Provenzano. The place is spacious but rather dark. The pizza is good, although the pasta could be improved with a wider selection.

02/05/2026: In a very central location (not "near the center" as some have written, but in Piazza Provenzano, within the walls of the historic center, a 200-meter walk from Piazza del Campo!) yet still quiet, with a lovely outdoor terrace overlooking the square, it makes excellent wood-fired pizzas with a light, easily digestible dough, plus ciaccini and more, all made with quality ingredients. Friendly and friendly staff. Fair prices.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Amila, who made us feel very comfortable right away with her friendly and professional attitude. The food was excellent — we had the linguine with seafood, lasagna, and minestrone, and everything was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The service throughout the evening was very professional, attentive, and genuinely polite. On top of that, the price-performance ratio was outstanding. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Pisa and would happily come back again. Thank you very much for the lovely evening!

12/06/2026: The atmosphere is pleasant and the service was good. However, the house's famous gnocchi, which was the main reason for our visit, was disappointing. The dish was excessively loaded with olive oil, making it very heavy and cloying. Unfortunately, I couldn't even finish a third of the portion.

10/06/2026: This has been one of the restaurants I have eaten at most frequently over the last 10 years. It was mind blowing then, and it remains so, now. The only problem today is that everybody knows about it now! It's now become super popular, but is definitely worth the wait. The location is in the coolest piazza in Florence. It's in a local area with real spirit and energy. It's great to grab an aperitivo beforehand, then wait in the queue until your table is ready. The food here is the standout. Super fresh and delicious and something for everyone. Probably some of the best pastas in the city. If you're wanting perfect, 5 star service, you won't get it here. It's like eating at a friends house where their nonna is cooking out the back. It's extremely casual, sometimes chaotic, but always memorable, and everyone comes back for more. This place is a heart-stealer. Places like this remind you why you came to Italy.

18/05/2026: Overall, a great place for coffee and food. The staff was extremely friendly. The food is simple and flavorful. The price is very reasonable. We enjoyed this place more than some of the larger restaurants in the area.

06/05/2026: We visited Pizzeria La Meridiana - The Original Since 1967 - Also Gluten-Free with some colleagues, and we all had a great time. The place is welcoming and pleasant, perfect for a dinner with friends. The pizza was really good, with a light dough and quality ingredients. The gluten-free options were also much appreciated, and they were carefully prepared and well-prepared. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the evening, making us feel at ease. Even though the place was quite busy, service was still well-managed. One small suggestion would be to speed up the service slightly during peak hours. Overall, it was a great experience, and we'll definitely be back.

23/05/2026: *Quiet, elegant, and full of charm* We stayed at La Certosa di Maggiano in March and absolutely loved it. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to one of the suites, which made the stay feel even more special. The room was beautiful, very quiet, and clean. The whole place has a really special atmosphere. The cloister is magical, especially very early in the morning. Service was careful and attentive throughout, but never too much. Breakfast was excellent, with local products. We also had dinner there one night (make sure to make a reservation in advance because they have just a few seats). The place is also an easy walk into the centre of Siena, which made everything very convenient. A really memorable stay.

20/05/2026: We had a wonderful stay at Certosa di Maggiano. The fact that it’s a former monastery gives the whole place a very special atmosphere: full of history, character and quiet charm. It’s not overly polished or overly luxurious, which is precisely part of its appeal. The breakfast outdoors with the breathtaking Tuscan landscape around you was unforgettable. Beautiful pool, total tranquility and a real sense of sensory wellbeing throughout the property. Service was impeccable throughout our stay. A very peaceful and authentic place to disconnect.

20/05/2026: Ginos was a great place to stop for lunch. I picked up a great panini along with a lemon pastry. Delisioza! Oh boy! The price was very good even though it very close to Ponte Vecchio.

03/11/2025: An excellent restaurant in the heart of Pistoia, almost on Piazza della Sala, with a very original and tasteful decor. This is our menu: tortelli filled with Prato mortadella with a parmesan cream, chopped pistachios, and drops of basil reduction, artisanally marinated beef carpaccio with crunchy seasonal vegetables, and dessert.
