If you are in Pienza you absolutely must go and eat at Baccano. Unique place with a family feeling where every guest can leave a mark of their passage through this place. Crazy food with local products. We ate Pecorino di Pienza and Truffle crostone, a fairy tale. Pici all'aglione for me and pici Cacio e Pepa for my partner, handmade by Paura. Pecorino and truffle tartare and you absolutely cannot miss their tiramisu. A place to stop and get lost in the thousands of sentences left by past guests. A note, even if you don't have to pee, a trip to the bathroom should absolutely be done.

The place: unique...super particular and welcoming to look at because it's difficult to describe
The dishes: excellent...made with excellent quality raw materials

P.S I highly recommend the cheese fondue with truffle and cherry tomatoes.. and the fantastic tiramisu

Cozy place and very helpful and friendly staff.
very good cured meats and cheeses.
the small but characteristic place, very nice also being able to write on the walls with markers given by the staff.

A particular place, it doesn't have many seats but the wait to enter is rewarded by the excellent food and service.
Cheese platter with honey and jam, pecorino fondue with truffle and raw ham, and tiramisu, all delicious.
To conclude the lunch, as per the local tradition, two glasses of grappa... because the first is by the drop and the second can be tasted!

Ate with 10 and praise. Very kind staff, we can't even talk about the food, very high quality on everything. The final grappa, double, otherwise don't come. We are waiting for you in Riccione.

Piccolo posto, grande scoperta.
Tutto buono.. molto buono!
Crostone pecorino e tartufo, tartare noci burrata e miele, pappa al pomodoro con burrata, bottiglia di nobile di Montepulciano, il tiramisù... Tutto molto molto buono, anche il vino consigliatissimo (leggermente freddo, ma scalda comunque il cuore).
Grappa e limoncello offerti, x chi arriva da Milano i prezzi sono più che giusti! Qualità e simpatia! (75€)
Inclusi nel prezzo i pennarelli per scrivere ovunque e una polaroid per rimanere impressi nel locale!

Locale molto accogliente. Piatti tipici di grande impatto e qualità. Splendida gestione da parte del titolare, vero padrone di casa. Ottimo i pici al tartufo, la ribollita, la fonduta di pecorino al tartufo e tiramisù da applausi. Ottima cantina.
