11/04/2025: GOURMET CUISINE, VIEW OF THE ORCIA VALLEY, OWNED VINEYARD AND FAMILY WELCOME Fabulous food and wine experience, with a view of the Val d'Orcia and the 100% Sangiovese-owned vineyard (but also a more varied cellar worthy of Montalcino) and probably the best ravioli I've ever eaten: stuffed with pecorino and rabbit ragout. Then tagliatelle with wild boar ragout and leg of guinea fowl.

16/04/2025: Wow! Tuvimos una muy buena comida con un excelente servicio. Tuvimos el gnocchi gorgonzola, risotto de marisco, y caciao e pepe junto con bruschetta. Después de probar pesto ñoquis en Roma, que era bueno, esto lo dejó boquiabierto. Estaba tan bien saborizado y tierno. El caciao e pepe era maravilloso. La consistencia cremosa junto con la pimienta era perfecta. También nos encantó el tiramisú. Me encantó todo.

From the first contact, the owner was very kind and helpful, agreeing to prepare and deliver a cake for my sister's birthday. Despite the distance, everything was organized perfectly, including the possibility of payment by bank transfer. When my sister received the cake, she was delighted: not only was it beautiful to look at, but also delicious to eat (her words!). An impeccable and professional service, with incredible attention to detail. I recommend this pastry shop to anyone looking for quality, courtesy and a touch of magic for special occasions. 12/04/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at I’Brindellone in Florence, and it was truly unforgettable. Located in a charming, non-touristy area, this trattoria offers an authentic Tuscan experience. The truffle pasta was exquisite, with generous shavings of fresh truffles that elevated the dish to perfection. The house wine, served in a traditional fiasco, was surprisingly delicious and incredibly affordable. The Bistecca alla Fiorentina had a rich, smoky flavor that complemented the meal beautifully (be warned the steak is cooked the Fiorentina way so that means almost raw). The service was warm and attentive, making us feel like locals rather than tourists. Reservations are a must, as this gem is always packed. Highly recommended for anyone seeking genuine Tuscan cuisine in a lively, local setting.

11/04/2025: You should absolutely try the Florentine steak. The service was amazing, the food really good. One tip if you are trying to visit: be on time. They are so good that they are full in no time. This serves as a testament to how good the food is. We even got a complimentary drink to finish our amazing night. 10/10 would recommend!

07/04/2025: I was hosted by my supplier for lunch, and it turned out to be an incredible experience. The owner and staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly, making us feel truly welcome. We enjoyed a delicious antipasto and a perfectly cooked T-bone steak, which seemed to be dry-aged—absolutely mouthwatering. One of the most memorable stories shared during the meal was that one of the Popes once relieved himself at this very location—definitely an unexpected and humorous piece of history! It felt surreal to have lunch in such a place, blending holy ground with great hospitality. A truly once-in-a-lifetime experience!

05/04/2025: Siamo andati con mio marito per mangiare carne alla brace. C’era solo la brace e la carne carbonizzata! La cameriera ha detto che riferiva ma non l’ha fatto. Nessuno si è presentato a offrire qualcosa di diverso e siamo andati via con la fame. Veramente pietoso.

Dishes cooked with care, not banal.. we tasted a seafood salad, a tagliolini with monkfish and tortelli.. divine.. home cooking but which contains professionalism and great research into the raw material.. even the unique dessert.. 17/03/2025: Small but welcoming place, the friendly owner is very careful to recommend and explain the variations of the fillings of the large-sized Abruzzo potatoes cooked in the oven which are the protagonists of all the dishes. Platter of Cinta cured meats, raw sausage and pecorino cheese accompanied by very good Schiacciata. The potato with quail eggs and truffle sauce was good, the one with peposo was very tasty, I also tried the stracchino and cinta sausage, bacon and cheddar ones and with the fassona tartarre. There is practically something for all tastes. The quality of the ingredients is high.

03/03/2025: The location is small but welcome, the service is present and good at explaining the dishes and the menu. The main course is very large Abruzzo potatoes cooked in the oven served with excellent quality meat, cured meats and even fish (you can see that there is a search for the product). The platter with Cinta cured meats is also excellent.

For lovers of beers and wine the selection is wide and well curated. The location is welcoming and well looked after. The staff is its added value, ready to advise on both dishes and drinks according to personal tastes.

10/02/2025: Truly excellent cuisine with a mix of simplicity and refinement. The products are typical local or Tuscan products, well explained as they are brought. Friendly and helpful staff, but never intrusive, nice and friendly environment in the center of the town. Prices even lower than what was proposed in both quality and quantity.

Desserts also very good (profiteroles, chocolate salami). Professional and very friendly service. The atmosphere is very friendly. Lots of locals because they are out of the way

24/03/2025: We were welcomed with great kindness and ate tasty traditional dishes: from pici with Cinta Senese ragù to the cake with bischeri. Each dish was explained and above all presented with excellent plating. The atmosphere in the restaurant was warm and welcoming, perfect for a quiet dinner. We ate a lot and well without spending too much, I highly recommend it to anyone passing through Pisa.

23/03/2025: It is one of our favorite places to eat steak. Another fantastic thing is the meat tartare that they prepare before your eyes and add the ingredients you want. A place that stays cool in the summer. Easy to reach or a little higher up than the town of Montecatini Terme. If you want to eat good meat, this is the right place.
