27/07/2025: Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante gestito dalla famiglia di Lucio Corsi Siamo stati molto bene, nella corte esterna del ristorante Abbiamo ordinato tortelli maremmani al ragù di carne, prima un antipasto di terra misto, coniglio, fettina ai ferri e cinghiale in umido, accompagnati da patate arrosto e fiori fritti. I dolci della casa top: un plum-cake alle mele, una cheesecake al caramello salato, sfoglia con crema, torta cioccolato e peperoncino, infine caffè e vino sfuso rosso della casa Lo consiglio con la prenotazione, piatti giusti e servizio veloce !!

26/07/2025: Mio marito e io siamo stati a Macchiascandona il giorno dopo il concerto di Lucio Corsi a Capannelle. Era un modo per non sentire troppo presto la nostalgia una volta trascorso l'evento perché Lucio è il nostro cantante del cuore. Quindi non pensavamo minimamente a come saremmo stati. Invece anche il ristorante ci ha conquistati: l'ambiente è piacevole, familiare, il clima è disteso; ogni cosa è cucinata come se la preparassero per persone care: i tortelli della signora Milena, gli gnocchi con gli asparagi, i fiori di zucca fritti, i dolci erano perfetti; il personale è gentilissimo. Siamo tornati a luglio e ci torneremo presto.

20/07/2025: Posto incantevole ma ci fermiamo qui. L’acqua ce l’hanno portata 40 minuti dopo esserci seduti, insieme ai menu dopo averla sollecitata… lasciamo perdere che una ciotolina per il cane era gradita… nemmeno considerato. I camerieri vagano fra i tavoli senza degnarci di attenzione. Dopo un’ora arrivano contemporaneamente gli ordini di mia moglie e nulla per me, vengo redarguito dal cameriere che mi dice che ho sbagliato ad ordinare… seguono scuse a profusione dopo la mia reazione. Arriva il filetto che mi ero raccomandato al sangue praticamente bollito, seguono altre scuse e devo dire che, cosa molto rara, non viene messo nel conto e di questo devo riconoscere il bel gesto. Anche il titolare alla cassa si scusa, dispiace lasciare recensioni negative ma non ci siamo proprio, era molto che non andavamo fuori a cena e volevamo goderci la serata.

27/06/2025: I have been to Kaizen for sushi several times and every time I choose it for the goodness of the sushi and good quality products and the good quality/price ratio. The service is sometimes a little slow and sometimes faster, it depends a little on the day and the clientele. The certainty however is that the waiters are always kind, helpful and welcoming. Simple but nice environment suitable for a meal with friends or family. In Florence it is one of my favorite sushi so I recommend it

25/06/2025: Yesterday we went to this restaurant for dinner and the service was excellent. The waiter was very friendly and helpful. I asked him if he could adapt a dish to make it vegan, or what vegan dish he could make for me. He immediately said that it didn't make sense to omit cheese from a particular dish, so he suggested a pasta and potato dish that had Bolognese sauce on the menu, suggesting replacing it with tomato sauce. The space is very pleasant, on the terrace, right in front of the Duomo. Thank you very much for your attention ☺️

02/06/2025: We spent the 15th anniversary lunch at Macine del Monte Croce: it was a fantastically romantic experience with high quality food! Recommended for romantic events or candlelit dinners. The location is beautiful, very characteristic with the bridge and the mill wheel in operation, all surrounded by the sound of the water in the background 😍 The owners Luca and Samantha are very hospitable people and full of passion for their business! The cuisine is fantastic because it combines excellent raw materials that are cooked in a way that enhances the flavors of Tuscan tradition in an innovative way. Highly recommended!

13/07/2025: A lovely local café managed by a group of women who really know what they’re doing! They offer a huge variety of sweets—everything from traditional pastries to unique desserts—and all of them are high quality and super tasty. The prices are very reasonable for what you get, and the atmosphere feels warm and personal. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. The only thing to keep in mind is that the place is small, so there aren’t many seats. But if you’re lucky enough to find a spot, it’s the perfect place to relax with a coffee and something sweet. Definitely recommended!

28/07/2025: Un’esperienza che ha superato di gran lunga le nostre già altissime aspettative. Un menù ricco di scelte invitanti, di piatti tipici locali, e non solo. Il personale si è dimostrato gentile, disponibile e preparato durante tutto il corso della nostra permanenza. Lo consigliamo vivamente !!

14/06/2025: An authentic Florentine experience: not to be missed! We went to Osteria dell’Oca and we left enthusiastically! The appetizer started with a bang: off-menu zucchini flowers, fried to perfection with a light and crunchy batter, simply delicious. Next, the pici cacio e pepe: creamy, tasty, perfectly cooked. For the second course we couldn’t help but try the tagliata: very tender, cooked to perfection, with a strong but balanced flavor. The real star, however, was the prisoner’s dish — lampredotto, boiled tripe and tongue — a truly mystical experience for the palate. Authentic and intense flavors, a dive into the most genuine Florentine tradition. All accompanied by two excellent glasses of Chianti that enhanced each course. A special applause goes to the manager: a true host from another era, welcoming, warm, who makes you feel at home from the first moment. Really exceptional quality/price ratio. A place where you eat well, feel good and come back willingly.

22/06/2025: Characteristic restaurant in the heart of the town of Ambra with a wide choice of dishes, both meat and fish, with impeccable taste. Excellent cleanliness as well as furnishings. Large rooms, both internal and external, offer the possibility of hosting many tables. This however leads to delays in serving the tables.
