03/04/2026: A gem of a bakery, small but full of tasty products; the tarts are excellent, the schiacciata is inviting (but I haven't tried it), I was disappointed by the Pan di ramerino, too sweet, the dough should be that of bread but in this case it is too rich (maybe eggs were added?!) and heavy and does not have the fragrance I expected.

30/03/2026: My Airbnb host recommended this place, saying it's the best focaccia sandwich in Florence, and it was absolutely delicious! 👍 Perfect for taking away as a light snack on the train! We ate it all before we even had a chance to take a picture! The sandwiches are priced by weight. The seasoning was just right for Taiwanese palates, unlike the often overly salty pizzas found in some places. The cheese was incredibly fragrant, and the crust didn't lose its texture even when it got cold. For dessert, I bought traditional rice pudding and a chocolate apple tart. The ingredients were generous, the chocolate was rich and creamy, and the price was very reasonable—one sandwich and two desserts for only six euros! I totally understand why so many of the people queuing were locals. I'm definitely buying a lot to take away on the day I leave Florence; I loved it so much! 😘

12/04/2026: We’ve visited La Fattoria di Vignamaggio three times already, and every visit has been an amazing experience. The estate is absolutely stunning, and the restaurant serves delicious, high‑quality food at very reasonable prices. For our wedding, we booked a sensory tour for a family group of 20 people, including children, and it was fantastic. The organisation was impeccable, our guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and the entire property is beautifully restored and presented. We made our own spice mix, did an olive oil tasting, and sampled their speciality delicacies while touring the estate. The on‑site shop also offers a wide range of high‑quality, delicious products they make themselves. Highly recommend a visit — even if it means taking a detour. Also very kid‑friendly

11/04/2026: About halfway through our two-week trip to Italy, my husband said he was starting to get tired of spaghetti and pizza, but also that Korean food was too expensive. So, after our Florence city tour, our guide happened to recommend this place, so we came here. The food was great, but the female owner was just so incredibly kind. She didn't seem to speak English, but she kept explaining things to us in Italian for ages. She even called us over separately to give us some chocolate when we were leaving. I really hope this place does well. I tried the "Di Su" sauce, and it tasted exactly like the sauce used for the tteokbokki skewers near schools! It was a familiar taste, which made it even more delicious! They even gave us pickled radish as a freebie!

10/04/2026: I stumbled upon this place while traveling! Seeing two tables of Asians eating there confirmed I'd come to the right place! The owner is super nice, everything is freshly fried, so the wait is about 25 minutes. (˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)

04/04/2026: I ordered soup and lasagna, my wife had pizza. Soup and pizza came at the same time. Lasagna came 20 minutes after I finished my soup. Lasagna although hot seemed to be like a congealed square of pasta.

30/03/2026: Very good meal and a great overall experience. I had the Tagliata al pepe verde, rosmarino e bacche rosse, and it was excellent—perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor without being overcomplicated. Easily one of the better steaks I’ve had on this trip. Tammy had the Tagliolini al Vino Nobile (pasta fatta a mano), and she enjoyed it. Handmade pasta paired with a wine-based sauce making it rich but well balanced.

29/03/2026: Truly exceptional pasta! I don't want to exaggerate, but I swear it was the best pici al ragù I've ever eaten in my life. Trust me: you absolutely have to come and eat here, you won't regret it. The staff was kind and welcoming. I didn't have time to take a photo because I was amazed, bite after bite!
