Trattoria Anita In Firenze

This place is a must visit in Firenze!! Trattoria Anita is such a wonderful place. Miriam, her husband, and the entire staff are incredibly nice, funny, welcoming, and no one ever makes you feel rushed. They have a great selection of local food and wine. I've worked my way through much of the menu, everything I've tried has been delicious! I lived in Firenze for a year, and whenever friends or family came to visit, this was always the first place I took them. Whether you're just two people or part of a larger group, Trattoria Anita is a fantastic choice. (Miss you!)

I’ve been to this restaurant twice. The food has been good both times and service was excellent. The meat was great and dessert was tasty. The second time my friend forgot his reusable water bottle and the waitress chased us down the street with it. Most wait staff wouldn’t be so caring or friendly. Highly recommend it to others.

5/5. This trattoria was so good I ate here all 3 of my nights in florence. The food was incredible, the ambiance really cozy & warm, but most importantly the owners & staff are incredibly sweet & kind! From the second I saw they had one of the owners faces printed on the sugar packet (lol) I knew this was the place to go! As for the main meals themselves: - Gnudi ricotta and spinach with butter and sauge: really really good & my favorite meal that I’ve had during my trip to Italy. It’s so simple yet so good. Must have! - Bistecca alla fiorentina: Top 3 steaks I’ve ever had! It’s lots of meat, likely for two but if you’re a big back like myself you should be able to get it done easy peasy lemon squeezy - Pear and pecorino ravioli with cacio e pepe sauce: what a banger :) The sweetness of the pear cuts the sharpness of the cheese & elevates a classic. Amazing experience! The staff is so polite and kind, the food was perfect and I would 100% recommend the house red wine. One of my favorite spots from the whole Euro trip.

Best meal out we’ve had. Such lovely food at a great price and everything felt so authentic and welcoming. The best thing was the friendliness of the people that worked there. They made us feel so welcome and all together was an amazing experience. Would 100% recommend!! Definitely recommend the burrata ravioli and the Boar ragu alongside the chocolate brownie, all delicious.

What an amazing place. We were only in Florence for 2 days and wanted an authentic experience - and Trattoria Anita delivered that beyond our expectation. We felt so welcomed and cared for and the food was absolutely perfect. It is tucked away from the touristy crowds and felt like we were guests at their home. Our little family of four will remember this dinner as a signature moment of our Italian vacation. Thank you for taking such great care of us.

What a wonderful discovery in the heart of Florence. We were welcomed into a truly refined and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a relaxing dinner. We started with incredibly fresh, meticulously prepared tomato bruschetta. The meat, served rare on a wooden cutting board, was perfectly cooked and melted in the mouth. To round things off, we couldn't miss the tiramisu served in a jar, a true delight. We were completely satisfied with everything we tried. We'll definitely be back as soon as we're back in the city.
