21/09/2025: On the recommendation of friends, we went to this osteria. The dish we had to try was the Chianti risotto. Our expectations were very high, and we can say they were fully met. It's an unexpected dish (in the realm of pici and lasagna), and we'd definitely recommend it. Be warned, cinnamon is one of the ingredients.
We'll be back on our next visit to Cortona.

You can see their per-100g pricing but without any minimum grams to order. The view is the best part of the restaurant, especially for people watching.

07/04/2026: I ate here on Easter Monday with my husband, and while I don't usually write reviews, I have to applaud this intimate Livorno restaurant. We enjoyed a superb appetizer of seared squid with fennel and oranges, and fantastic tagliolini with porcini mushrooms and clams, and others with clams and bottarga. The caramelized basket with cream and berries was also delicate and delightful. Bravo, and goodbye.
06/04/2026: The staff was very kind and helpful. Even though it was Easter Monday, they found us a table and the service was very fast. I'm celiac, so they brought me gluten-free bread. I had risotto, but they also had gluten-free pasta. You can see great experience and professionalism from all the staff. The price/quality ratio was right.

22/03/2026: We found this gem was right around the corner from our hotel. Our very good luck! The staff there are fantastico! Our waiter helped us choose a very good wine. We had the burrata salad, pesto pasta, and the wild boar. Everything was so delicious, we returned the next night for the carbonara and branzino! Both times we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! And would go back again! Don’t miss one!

The owner is extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, and knows how to put guests at ease without ever being intrusive. Next time, we'll try the Roman specialties. Highly recommended!
