Just steps from the Duomo and you are in a gelato heaven. Gelato is in metal tubes and covered - that's a very good sign! Quality! One of the best gelato I got while in Italy. Marsala wine, bergamot and Florentine cream. Yummy! Every one of them. Very friendly server. Highly recommend!

I learned about this shop through word of mouth about its rare lavender flavor. The moment I took a bite, I knew it was so delicious that I would want to visit Florence again just to eat this flavor again. For me, it's a taste that will remain in my heart forever as a travel memory. The ice cream display case even has Japanese writing! It's close to the cathedral, so if you're looking for a gelato shop in Florence, I highly recommend stopping by. The image shows bergamot (sherbet-like) on top and lavender (cream-like) on the bottom.
