Great restaurant in Gaiole in where They serve local food and really tasty food. Highly recommending to have a good diner there we have enjoyed really good time and tasting the local Italian food. While on a bike ride, I ended up there by accident. Appetizer, gnocchi, coffee. Everything served at the expected time, tasty. Lower rating for the sleepy staff who spent most of the time with their noses in their cell phones.

Excellent surprise in Gaiole, a youthful place but staff very attentive to customer needs, everything excellent, from the homemade bread with really good oil, to the meat and desserts. Slightly expensive price especially considering the cobwebs present in the room, the only flaw in the environment.

Typical local food of a high standard. The meats are amazing. The place is welcoming and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

We came here as a recommendation from our hotel. This was one of the best meals I had, ever, and the best meal in Italy which was already very good. We had truffle tartare, white beans, and boar stew.

Si mangia molto bene, il personale è molto preparato oltre che cortese. Mi hanno fatto assaggiare vari tipi di pane fatto da loro con ottimo olio e vino. Primo, contorno e dolce, tutto di qualità. Però si può abbassare il costo del servizio e dell'acqua. Non è economico.

Abbiamo preso un tomahawk di chianina, l'unica adatta per soddisfare due persone peso 973 gr, perché la costata di Chianina che ci aveva tagliato pesava 1,7 kg. Comunque buona. Tempi molto lunghi un po seccanti ma ci sta. Prezzi da paura. Il tomahawk aged costa 90 euro al kg. Senza dolci e con una bottiglia di vino da 16 euro: tot. 120 euro. Troppo
