My boyfriend and I had dinner at this osteria yesterday. We've tried many places over the years, but I have to say their Fiorentina steak was exceptional, one of the best (or perhaps the best) I've ever eaten; it melted in your mouth. We really appreciated the hot plate (I noticed it's not very common), which keeps the meat warm until the last bite. We were amazed; we'll definitely be back.

Overall, it's not bad, but after an hour and a half of sitting at the table, they only brought us wine... there was only one person running the dining room, and sometimes someone had to come out to help from the kitchen. Given the wait, they were kind enough to offer us an appetizer, but the service could be improved given the number of tables present. The meat wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either, very average.

Amazing experience! We were delighted with the food and service. The dry-aged beef was beautifully prepared, with the chef putting on a real show while serving.

New menu featuring Wagyu beef, simply buttered. Centrally located restaurant in Gaiole in Chianti, the staff is always friendly and accommodating to guests' requests. The menu is extremely varied, with the undeniable highlight being the abundance of various cuts of meat. Congratulations again to Alma, Ado, and the entire staff.

We ordered a Florentine steak with side dishes and a red wine, all recommended by the staff. Every choice was perfect, and the service was impeccable from start to finish. The atmosphere is relaxed yet elegant. The passion is evident in every dish.

I had lunch with my mother at this lovely restaurant.
The place is quiet and well-kept, both in the decor (traditional but absolutely neat and tidy) and in the presentation of the dishes.
The quality of the service is absolutely excellent (courtesy, kindness, and helpfulness), and the quality of the dishes is truly 5-star... including the bread and tiramisu 😁!!!
You can sense both the care and the quality in every single dish.
Is the price high? Perhaps... but compared to the service and quality, it's absolutely fair.
