Very nice and pleasant place! Helpful staff and I might seem weird, but I ate some sautéed spinach that amazed me! From simple things you understand the quality of the raw material and here it is all there!
The only "unforgivable" flaw for me is the wine list. A place like this is right to have few references, but there could be a little more work which would certainly make much more!

An excellent little restaurant. Friendliness, customer focus, efficiency, quality and fair price. I rated the environment 4 stars because it is small, so I recommend booking. If you visit the Abbey of San Galgano, Chiusdino is worth it and this restaurant as well.

Locale intimo e molto accogliente e curato. Tutto quello che abbiamo preso era squisito.
Tagliere di affettati x 2, un crostoni con salsa tartufata, provola e pancetta arrotolata squisito, una ribollita e uno sfirmatino di cavolfiore ottimo, mezzo vino sfuso e 2 caffè, speso meno di 25 euro a persona. Personale gentilissimo , lo straconsiglio
