14/06/2025: We had the best experience here during our time in Palermo. It’s a spot that is frequented by all of the locals, and everyone is like family. The food was the best of everything we had throughout our entire trip- HUGE portions at amazing prices and not a single bad dish to be had. Definitely stop by here if you have the chance!

03/06/2025: A wonderful experience at MEC, from the moment we arrived, till when we left. A warm and friendly welcome, we were shown to our table and offered an explanation of the menu. A discrete entrance to the building, opposite the beautiful historic buildings of Palermo. The restaurant is in an Apple museum, which is a little strange as it's got nothing to do with the food, city or culture. I'm not sure the relevance and don't think it adds anything to the experience. The service was attentive, professional and friendly at all times which was excellent. We opted for the tasting menu, and they allowed us to have 1 vegetarian and 1 meat menu which is usually against the norm. The appetisers and bread was interesting, and each course was explained and unique in it's own way. The wine menu was extensive, and reasonably priced, so we went with a recommendation rather than opting for the wine pairing. Everything was excellent. Amazing flavour, well seasoned and different. The vegetarian Wellington was the best we've ever tasted, pasta was amazing and everything accompanying. Overall, whilst it was expensive, and not exactly traditional local food, the produce was of very high quality, unique and highly recommended.

06/07/2025: I’d call this place more of a bar than a restaurant. The cocktails looked amazing, and the drink menu was impressive. We ordered pizza — it was okay, but definitely not the best in town.

26/06/2025: Our first visit to this restaurant exceeded my wife's and my expectations, as some reviews were somewhat sparse or negative. We were greeted and served with a very warm ❤️ by the staff. The place is very beautiful, with a garden in the courtyard, and the restrooms are clean. Our meal was simply delicious, and the house rosé wine was excellent. And to finish off, we received a shot of schnapps on the house—the first time since our vacation and in the many restaurants we've eaten at in Sicily. Based on our experience, we can highly recommend this restaurant. It's not to be missed.

24/06/2025: Bombeta welcomed us very well! The steak tartare is wonderful! Caprese is divine! The beef cheek was perfect.

The inviting smell of freshly brewed coffee and fragrant pastries will give you the right energy. A wide selection of fresh and quality products for every palate. A welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Congratulations to the master pastry chef for the first world award achieved.

08/07/2025: A charming and welcoming place with air conditioning. The service is impeccable; the restaurant owners recommend dishes and explain them to those who are less familiar with them. The dishes are extremely tasty and plentiful. Water and wine are plentiful, as is the bread. True Sicilian hospitality, like you'll find very few places. In my opinion, this restaurant is definitely worth a try. Highly recommended; excellent value for money.

30/05/2025: Top hospitality and beautiful location! Owner made us a great lunch even though they were having a break, but didn’t want to disapoint us as customers. Very friendly and very fine salades.

25/05/2025: The five of us came here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We chose mainly Thai, but also some Italian dishes. Both cuisines were deliciously prepared. The service was super friendly and hospitable. Thanks also to the owner for the tip to do the tour of the church. It was beautiful to see! (Only in Italian) (The telephone numbers for the tour are on the church door)

18/06/2025: Everything was very good except the risotto with calamari, which was too bitter, but otherwise it was excellent.

18/06/2025: Good appetizers but the first courses: seafood risotto too salty it was even bitter the spaghetti with clams was more like a spaghetti with garlic and clams loose without parsley, for me there are too many appetizers before the first courses in fact we gave up on the second courses, the taste too many flavors covered the flavor of the fish for me it is a place to forget for a fixed menu of 35 euros I would make fewer dishes but more carefully prepared.

02/07/2025: We arrive in Collesano and immediately we are welcomed by welcoming and kind people. The place is located along the main road has both internal and external seats. You eat a super grill really tasty !!!! Caponata to lose your mind !!! Staff and owners delightful people. Super

27/06/2025: We had a fantastic meal – the portions were huge and incredibly delicious. Typical Sicilian food, prepared with love. The service was warm, attentive, and quick – you feel completely welcome. A definite recommendation for anyone who appreciates good food and a family atmosphere!
