Trying to pass it off as a Neapolitan pizzeria, but with, alas, rather uncertain results. Pizza too chewy, most likely due to the oven being too hot, and the rush to get the pizzas out as soon as possible. Furthermore, mine was not very tasty (porchetta, potatoes and provola I expected a much stronger taste). Prices rather high considering that the pizza, even if made with good quality ingredients, remains below expectations. Elegant place, good service, but there is a lot to do on the quality of the pizzas.

Of course, we were in Palermo so we wanted pizza for dinner. We found this osteria on a google search and it was just a few blocks from our hotel. The menu had more than pizza on it but there was no English translations on the menu - we had to use google translate. No problem since we wanted pizza and it was easy to figure out which toppings we wanted. The pizza was served quickly and both were very good. We had planned to return to try other menu items but just never had enough time to do so. Would recommend it.

25/02/2024: I wanted to thank the owner, an exquisite and kind person as well as a true Chef of caliber. We had an appetizer, first course and dessert, all excellent. Fresh and top quality products. A place that respects tradition, a simple mis en place. Inside, several historic wine bottles from all over Italy are furnished. We will definitely see you again at your table. I recommend it to everybody.
10/02/2024: Warm, clean and welcoming place. Wide "à la carte" choice, with tasty dishes based on quality ingredients and cooked to perfection by the chef's skill. The rustic appetizer is noteworthy and brings to life the main Madonie flavours, the pork shank and the various cuts. The pizza and selection of wines are also excellent. Absolutely recommended, especially for the most demanding palates.
