Trattoria "CARPACCIO" was a pleasant discovery right in the city center,
but still transporting you away from the chaos of the city.
A tastefully furnished restaurant where classic and modern blend, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Naturally, there are plenty of local touches, including colorful ceramics.
The refined menu emphasizes simplicity, enhanced by the use of excellent ingredients.
The dining room staff is another strong point of "CARPACCIO": knowledgeable, polite, and always present, the Chef (a virtuoso), but the metronome that keeps everything in sync and rhythm is Mr. Antonio, the perfect host.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
We will definitely be back.

The lobster ravioli were delicious. The rest of the food was okay. However, they charged us 5 euros for each shot they offered us. We thought they were complimentary. Beware of this!

After a long day in streets of Palermo we ended up for a dinner at this place because it was next to Hotel Plaza Opera where we were staying. Happily despite our casual outfits and shopping bags the owner let us in. I tried the carbonara and the excellent local white wine which I highly recommend. Italian hospitality at its best for hosting us without a reservation, I keep that as a great memory! Thank you

We wandered in without a reservation and we are so happy to have found this gem. The grilled octopus and our two pastas, mussels and veal ragout, were both incredible. The flavors were tremendous.
Antonio is the most gracious host. Definitely a 10/10

I loved the risotto.
The rest of the dishes we ordered were delicious.
The waiter who served us was new, but he was very enthusiastic and helpful.
A quiet place, highly recommended.
