A lovely place for breakfast/lunch. The staff are so friendly and it is such a welcoming environment. We got the chocolate chip pancakes, fresh orange juice and a smoothie and it was so delicious and light. Would definitely recommend here if you are staying in Palermo!

For me, one of the best cafés in Palermo. Quietly located on a side street. Easily accessible on foot. We received a very friendly welcome. They speak English. The coffee and especially the food are fresh and absolutely delicious =)

A nice place, but the brunch was disappointing (€15 for a hot drink, a rather dry egg-bacon-avocado sandwich, a small square of polenta, a few cold potatoes, and a brownie). The dishes and cakes on the menu looked better and were ultimately just as cheap.

Lovely service. Plenty of people without being crowded. Patio is full of plants and shade. Flat white was great. The dictator smoothly was chocolatey and delicious!

Absolutely adorable! Great selection and super friendly service! Lots of vegan and vegetarian options! The prices are absolutely perfect! The carrot cake is a real highlight! Only about €20 for 3 drinks and 3 desserts.

22/04/2026: Excellent bottle shop with a well curated list of wines, or if you are into craft or European beers this is a must stop spot. I bought a small bottle on Cantillon to drink onsite, and bought a large bottle to take home to the US. I will definitely be back to stock up next time im in Palermo!
12/04/2026: A very friendly welcome, an extensive menu of both non-alcoholic and alcoholic cocktails. Delicious charcuterie and vegetable platters, all at a very reasonable price.

Osteria Pizzeria Re Borbone

09/05/2026: Our last dinner in Palermo was at this restaurant/pizzeria behind Piazza Politeama. Despite not having booked, and despite the fact that the place is truly huge, we were lucky enough to find a table outside, and I must say it was perfect. Fast service, truly delicious pizzas, and prices way below the "mainland" average. Definitely worth a try.
03/05/2026: Excellent osteria with very good stone-baked pizzas. Super friendly staff. Good value for money. A small play area for children. A bit noisy. (May 2026)
