Very friendly service and a stunning place to watch sunset. Great selection of wines. Our food was just okay for the price. Could have skipped the carpaccio di pesce bianco and the bruschetta con ricci. The tiramisu was spectacular though!!

Wonderful experience at Canopia - Habitat Gastronomico! The food was creative, fresh, and beautifully presented, with high-quality ingredients and amazing flavors in every dish. The atmosphere is modern, elegant, and very welcoming. Service was excellent — attentive, professional, and friendly from start to finish. A perfect place for a special dinner or relaxing evening in Bagheria. Highly recommended for anyone who loves great gastronomy!

A view worth a 5⭐️, a very respectable interior design, and a presumably highly experienced and competent manager. The pizza, however, wasn't the best, but it was definitely above average, definitely not 14-18 euros. The view can be paid for with the 3.50 euro cover charge per person, but raising the prices of everything just for the view seems a bit excessive to me, and it could risk under-working during off-peak periods. In any case, I'll be back as soon as there's room on the terrace.
