16/06/2025: What a beautiful place! Wonderful restaurant-pizzeria in a place that feels like a dive into the past, immersed in nature. Inside, there are also tools and objects from the past on display, truly beautiful. The pizza has such a delicate and light dough, thanks to the long leavening, that you don't feel weighed down at all. And absolutely try the sweet pizza with Nutella!!!! Sorry, there's no pizza in the photos...it was so good that I didn't have time!

12/07/2025: A unique place worth visiting. A wide selection of arancini, from classics to original and signature versions.

11/07/2025: Clean place, friendly staff. We had lunch there. I brought the arancini on the plane, they were packaged properly and arrived intact.

07/07/2025: The pizza looks really good but underneath it was burnt. However, what leads me to give 3 stars is that we chose this place following the various awards received by the pizzeria but my partner and I both had digestion problems because of the dough. I recommend trying it anyway.

01/07/2025: Craving pizza?! We don't even think about it for a second and immediately book at Cagliostro! There are two of us, the location is refined and clean. The mise en Place is beautiful! We order a: "fior di cotto e burrata" with cooked ham, pistachio pesto, walnuts, burrata, semi-dry datterino and chopped pistachios. Fabulous!! The photo doesn't do justice to the goodness of such a masterpiece. And a "provola e patate" with provola, roast potatoes, sausage and basil, also something extraordinary. Last but not least, a shared tiramisu to complete the dinner and we leave with a smile and a more than satisfied stomach!

18/05/2025: Extremely long waiting times. Pizzas arrived much later than other people who arrived after us. Small pizza and dough without salt, not proportionate to the prices. Experience not to be repeated.

17/05/2025: Scelta estemporanea ma azzeccata. Arrivati senza prenotazione, abbiamo aspettato poco per sederci. Il locale è ordinato e pulito e i tavoli sono disposti alla giusta distanza per non affollarlo troppo. Il personale è tutto giovane, educato, sorridente e disponibile, ragazzi molto perbene. Abbiamo ordinato antipasti e pizze, tutto molto buono con tempi di attesa accettabilissimi. I prezzi sono nella media. Sicuramente da ripetere. Complimenti

16/06/2025: A family-run hotel surrounded by nature, comfortable beds, clean rooms and a warm welcome. The kitchen offers excellent local dishes. Here you can breathe tranquility, perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation.

07/06/2025: Regular customer in the past, last night a big disappointment. Uramaki that crumbled when picked up with chopsticks, mushy rice, salmon carpaccio full of vinegar strong to the point of nausea, dishes that did not arrive and that had to be hurried. Lobster Uramaki usually very good, microscopic with rather questionable seasoning. Only one waiter at times under stress, only one Sushiman. I arrive in the bathroom, lights off, I go in to do a small business, defective handle that almost left me locked. Too bad.

18/06/2025: Our weekly stop to enjoy an excellent Aperol spritz accompanied by chips and olives, done "very well". Considering that we are in a very touristy street and after having tried many places, where they present you with colored water, this is the best for everything: excellent service, friendly staff, very nice atmosphere, pleasant music. We always opt to sit outside in the open air but inside it is very nice also because there is a nice display of wines. See you next time 😉

04/06/2025: Went here in 2019 ( yes a long time ago ) and once again this week and everything is perfect! And the staff are wonderful and so friendly especially Frederica. We will go back before we leave beautiful Palermo !!

Everything was taken care of down to the smallest details with the same attention and professionalism as seen on other occasions. Excellent food, infinitely kind staff and a location that was super approved by adults and children alike. A delightful play area for the little ones, highly recommended for Sunday lunches away from the chaos of the city in total relaxation. Congratulations to Gianluca, his wife and all the staff, thanks again and we'll see you again very soon. PS: the divine cake😍
