15/06/2026: Amazing place. Great prices, there are two tables on the terrace with an incredible sea view. Excellent service, and the cannoli was amazing.

11/06/2026: If you get the table at the back you get a great Seaview. The food was incredible. Three very tasty dishes not including the tuna sashimi which hit the mark. All in all a great experience

10/06/2026: The window seat I requested is absolutely stunning but unfortunately the air con blows so hard we had to move to the table on the street - if you do not mind ice cold air blowing in your eyes, you will have the best sunset view of your life there! The staff were attentive to us and while initially it was not possible to move to a less arctic table, the main boss made it possible. We were served promptly until it came to the final bill - in the end we needed to get up to pay despite the restaurant not being busy at all (Monday evening). Now on to the food - absolutely spectacular. The mackerel special was insane. It is not cheap but the quality and flavour is fantastic.

13/05/2026: Right in the center, and therefore chaotic. For the quality of the food, I preferred other places in Palermo, paying half the price. Almost impossible to find a table.

13/05/2026: although the arancino was nice but the service sucks !!!! so would never ever recommend this place to others, after here i’ve tried 3 more arancine in other places and all of them were also delicious and with better service lol, so would never recommend this place with the bad attitude of throwing money to customers

01/05/2026: An original restaurant shaped like a castle, its interior is filled with memorabilia, including a print of the bandit Giuliano, whose nearby home can be visited by reservation. You can have lunch or dinner on a lovely veranda with a beautiful view. Even though it was a holiday and the restaurant was packed, we ate really well. Everything was excellent: from the rich appetizer to the delicious paccheri with pumpkin cream and sausage pasta with chopped pistachios. The main course was a trio of tasty meats with a side of salad and baked potatoes. To finish, a razor clam and an excellent coffee. Excellent value. Recommended!!

26/04/2026: My review is about the restaurant. The lunch was truly excellent and plentiful! The appetizers and first courses were exquisite, and the second course was also good. We had lunch on April 25th, and the restaurant was packed, but despite that, the food was truly delicious. The staff was friendly and efficient.

A delightful surprise awaited us with three refined amuse-bouches, a choice of starters including fresh chanterelles, perfectly cooked pasta, and fish accompanied by peas – a simple yet exquisite dish. A place where they truly go the extra mile. Thank you again for this lovely evening.

20/05/2026: Absolutely delicious! We stopped by chance and I'm still blown away. It's so good and the waiter is so kind. We've only just had an appetizer and I already want the world to discover this restaurant. Bravo! I highly recommend it.

10/05/2026: A very large space, well-organized internal service. Excellent pastries, a wide variety of Sicilian and non-Sicilian specialties, delicious ice cream, and a deli to boot. There's an indoor dining area for lunch or aperitifs, or other drinks with friends, and there's also a tobacconist and Sisal point. The spaces are well-maintained and clean. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I enjoy an excellent frothy coffee with cocoa made by Simona, perhaps one of the best between Pelermo and Isola delle Femme.

07/06/2026: There were four of us in Castelbuono for the flower festival. We booked at Cycas after reading the reviews. It's not our first time in Castelbuono, but we'd never been to this restaurant before. It was a perfect choice... We were greeted very warmly and guided through our choices. We ordered an appetizer for two, but we split it between the four of us, and I must say we were right because we enjoyed the rest of the meal that way. Then we had two first courses, two second courses, and finally two desserts. Everything was truly excellent. The price was commensurate with the quality. We'll be back.
