Found by chance while browsing Gmaps, noteworthy traditional cuisine (the braised cheek was truly excellent) and excellent wines on the menu (drank a Ruché from Cantina Bosco) we will definitely be back

Excellent experience. The selection and quality of the ingredients used are excellent. I offer carefully selected and carefully crafted dishes. The location is very welcoming and quiet, the service is fast, and the staff is very helpful and professional. It's not a restaurant, it's a culinary experience. Fully satisfied, highly recommended.

As always, the welcome and atmosphere were excellent, along with delicious food and great wine recommendations! One of my favorite places in our area between Canavese and Valli di Lanzo.... Thanks every time....

La Taverna dei Mercanti

15/03/2026: What a fantastic restaurant. Excellent home-cooked local recipes, with a friendly staff that made us feel like we were home. We loved everything, but definitely have the agnolotti. We tried several others during our stay in Turin, and Taverna’s was head and shoulders above all the rest.
