02/01/2025: Da Giovanni is hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. The hospitality was beyond exceptional—Giovanni himself, along with his son, personally served us, adding a warm, family touch to the meal. The dedication to quality is evident in every bite, with everything being homemade and freshly sourced directly from their own plants and animals. It doesn’t get more authentic than this. The service was incredibly fast and generous. They didn’t just serve us a meal; they offered us an experience. We were treated to an endless array of delights, including unlimited wine, freshly picked mushrooms, and more. Every dish was brimming with flavor, and the portions were so generous that we completely overindulged. Despite this feast, the cost was shockingly reasonable—just €35 per person, including wine, which is an absolute steal. The meal itself was a masterpiece from start to finish. We began with a delicious entrée, followed by perfectly crafted pasta, a sampling of their main meat dishes, and then not one but two desserts to round things off. Add in coffee and more wine than we could count, and it truly felt like a celebration of food. If you’re anywhere near the area, missing out on Da Giovanni would be a mistake. This is not just a meal—it’s an unforgettable experience.

03/01/2025: Siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti di questa cena! Abbiamo optato per un menu piemontese con l’ansia di prendere la classica fregatura e invece tutto era buonissimo! Carne battuta di fassona buonissima, plin gustosi e saporiti e soprattutto fatti in casa e per finire guancia di vitello strepitosa! Oltre il menù abbiamo preso due dolci molto buoni entrambi. Da segnalare anche il vino della casa che per rapporto qualità prezzo era più che soddisfacente. Complimenti

03/01/2025: I am now a regular customer of both the bistro and the takeaway: fish always of superlative quality in a spectacular menu (the fish slices are absolutely worth trying!!). Very well looked after place and in summer dining outdoors is even more magical. Service always punctual, prepared and above all very friendly with a perfect mix of informal and elegant. Absolutely not to be missed!!

18/10/2024: A different place than usual, with various entertainment choices, perfect for spending evenings with friends. We tried the "billiard football", an hour of play costs €25, very convenient and nice. info: you must have sneakers, otherwise they won't let you play

09/10/2024: Recommended for spending an alternative evening with friends. We went on a Saturday evening and there was a bit of a wait but they very kindly advised us of the waiting time before payment. In the area there were also ping pong tables, billiards, table football and a bar. The mini golf was very well looked after, excellent organization so only a few times we had to wait in a hole for the end of the previous group's turn. Furthermore, there is no rush if you haven't finished yet and it's after closing time, in fact they wait for everyone to finish their game.

27/01/2025: No I can review the rooms as I only had lunch, I was disappointed, I had been to the refuge before COVID and it had been a pleasant experience. On that occasion we had dinner. The menu is the same but the quality has definitely worsened. Just enough value for money. It's a shame because the walk to reach it is really pleasant. Review: Food 1 Service 2 Location 5

28/11/2024: We went for an aperitif to celebrate a graduation. The place is welcoming although small, the buffet has a wide choice of food. We chose the 12 euro formula, tasting the various dishes including the tajin which was really delicious as well as couscous, roast potatoes, Russian salad and more. The staff is very kind, absolutely recommended as a place, very high quality and quantity/price ratio (we were also offered a couple of coffees as well as a discount applied)
