25/08/2025: A very charming and quaint place. The food is good and authentic, as you'd expect from an Osteria with a capital O. Extensive wine selection. All the staff are very friendly, professional, and welcoming. We were served primarily by Marta, who, with her warmth and friendliness, made everything excellent. We'll be back.

04/09/2025: A truly distinctive and elegant restaurant, with a very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. The house specialty is fish, with elaborate and meticulously prepared dishes featuring truly unique techniques and combinations. The ingredients are of a truly high standard for a restaurant not located in a seaside destination. Personally, I was amazed. The feature that struck me most was the friendliness of the chef (Roberta), who, with a calm and very gracious manner, wanders around the tables, ensuring that the diner's dinner is going smoothly. Highly recommended.

22/08/2025: This farmhouse is located above Chialamberto. The road is typical mountain road with several hairpin bends. Once you reach the end of the road, there are several parking spaces, somewhat contrived, along the road that connects to the farmhouse. The food is delicious, locally sourced, and you can taste its authenticity. The menu is typical mountain fare, with few changes from the winter menu. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is typically family-run. There is a playground for the little ones and several shaded seating areas for those who want to enjoy the high mountain climate. A short walk away, you can take a tour of the village. The owners are truly kind and helpful. We will be back.

27/07/2025: I'm not a fan of pan pizza, but this pizza pleasantly surprised me. Excellent menu selection and top-notch ingredients drew me to the gourmet menu. It's a bit pricey for a pan pizza, but it's worth it. I chose the Iberian chorizo and caramelized red onion. Excellent. To start, we ordered a delicious focaccia and a farinata to share. Water, beer, and coffee, plus two desserts. The location is very nice and well-kept. With two pizzas each, two entrees, and two desserts, €46 each, I expected a little less, but I still highly recommend it.

01/08/2025: SP 143 in Tetti Valfrè makes me wonder how a pizzeria can offer such an incredible experience in every way, especially just five minutes from home. We ate divinely, truly, one of those pizzas that makes your eyebrows rise at the first bite. The dough was incredibly light, fragrant, and cooked to perfection; the combinations were simply ingenious, and their homemade preserves were a real coup, one of those things you don't expect and that makes you say "damn." The service was impeccable, with attention to detail but with a naturalness that immediately puts you at ease. And then, no small detail, there's the elevator: essential for us, since my aunt has a broken heel. Being able to easily access the upper floor was a relief. And right up there, the final surprise: an extremely elegant, well-kept yet welcoming environment, with a view of the fields that at sunset is truly breathtaking. Given the nature of the bill, which was fair and completely in line with the quality and attention offered, I don't know what else to say other than to come and try it as soon as possible, because it's really, really worth it.

25/08/2025: My partner and I came to this restaurant for dinner thanks to the recommendation of the owner of our B&B, "Il Vecchio Comune." They welcomed us with a smile (which isn't always a given) and immediately seated us at our table. The restaurant isn't huge, but it's very refined and unique, with a wide selection of wines on display and frescoes typical of a convent. The dishes are very refined and beautiful to look at. I recommend trying the "Patanegra" Iberian pluma steak and the Florentine steak (they melt in your mouth). The waiters and the owner, Gianni, were impeccable, always ready to explain each dish with professionalism and dedication. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area 😉

01/08/2025: Dove la cortesia e la disponibilità del personale sposano una cura dei piatti e una ricerca delle eccellenze a km zero. Tutto squisito e ricercato, a partire dagli antipasti, veramente ricchi e golosi, per poi passare ai primi, oggi ho scelto una deliziosa soup grasse, e poi i secondi, ho avuto non poche difficoltà per sceglierne solo uno. Anche la selezione dei dolci merita un applauso come la carta dei vini, dei liquori e delle grappe. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia gustare un'ottimo pasto, sia a pranzo che a cena, da solo o in compagnia.
