18/01/2025: I would say that this experience is really worth having. Meanwhile, as you enter you smell the good smell of food which makes you understand that you weren't wrong. And it really is! Everything taken care of, done well, nothing left to chance. Staff All young, feminine and very attentive, Piedmontese cuisine but not heavy, in short we will be back, there aren't many places like this. The price is more than reasonable.

09/02/2025: Kindness and courtesy are the first ingredients for a high quality pizza. Real "al tegamino" pizza, not just thicker and passed off as "al tegamino" as in many pizzerias. Excellent farinata. Cooking always up to the demands. In short, a right place for every occasion.

27/01/2025: I passed by this hotel again almost by chance after a year and a half... I had stayed 4 nights using the 4x2 vouchers from the Piedmont Region and I remembered that I had never reviewed the property. Excellent food experience...menu with fresh and genuine ingredients. However, a negative experience in the service: the lady who was in charge of table and cash desk service indirectly made me understand on 2 occasions (I won't go into details) that I was not a welcome guest... perhaps because I had come using vouchers or because I had dietary needs particulars (I have to exclude gluten and dairy products due to intolerances)... in any case I won't go back again.. the 3 stars are exclusively for the catering at dinner.

09/01/2025: Abbiamo scelto il menù sorpresa, francamente i piatti proposti non erano particolarmente né curati né di grande qualità. Come secondo uno spezzatino decisamente mediocre. Gli antipasti un po’ meglio il servizio molto scadente. Inizialmente, tavolo prenotato in quattro ci viene proposto un tavolo in posizione defilata in quattro in linea, come essere al cinema guardando il muro. C’è stato cambiato il tavolo ma a mio avviso non si deve nemmeno proporre una soluzione del genere. prezzi molto superiori a quanto proposto

07/01/2025: The place is beautiful but in terms of food it doesn't deserve a tasting menu at 40 euros without being able to read the dishes but at the discretion of the chef consisting of two starters, a first course, a second course, dessert, water, wine, coffee, you pay separately. Carne salada good but a summer dish Flan with fondue, dumplings always with fondue and suckling pig. We didn't feel the chef's hand and re-proposing two dishes with fondue for his convenience is not good. The only positive note was that the chef understood our objection, agreed with us and apologised.
