This place is definitely worth a try. The rooms are beautiful, with large, well-spaced round tables and excellent service. We had the traditional six-course menu. Everything was delicious, but the two standouts, for me, were obviously the peppers with bagna cauda and the SUPERLATIVE plin, which are absolutely worth the trip. The pairing was excellent, and the chef's partner and all the other waiters were very friendly.

The experience didn't live up to expectations; unfortunately, my most memorable memory is the location. The menu was nothing memorable, with a strictly limited selection and very few alternatives; the international wine pairings were limited to Italian and French wines (little research...mostly familiar).

It was a wonderful experience, I had a great time, all the dishes were truly excellent, the wines were exceptional, and the service was attentive.
For my taste, I found the capon with salad less impressive than the rest.

Spectacular culinary experience, unique flavors, smiling staff whose professionalism puts you at ease. They are very knowledgeable about allergies and intolerances. I'm celiac and received special treatment; for once, I even ate more than the others! My parents, despite having very classic tastes, also appreciated the more unusual flavors, but to stick to traditional dishes, they ordered the famous vitello tonnato and Chef Milone's Plin, which are absolutely must-try! An experience to definitely repeat!

In the area for my daughter's horse riding competition. A wonderful experience! The food was varied, simple yet complex (it makes me want to go back soon). The location is truly charming and well-kept... Highly recommended! The prices are also very, very fair, despite the Michelin star... (ps. My daughter won first place).

I was very impressed with the welcome: the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, a true highlight of the restaurant. The table setting was beautiful, and the ambiance was elegant and refined.
The chocolate menu was an interesting idea, but I personally expected something more. Some options (such as dishes with truffles, fish, or bagna cauda) can be unusual and not to everyone's taste. I expected something more from the chocolate theme.
That said, the plin were delicious, and the battuta was excellent. We also really appreciated the attentive service: knowing we weren't a fan of truffles, they left them out of the dessert that included them.
Maybe next time we'll try the experience more closely tied to the tradition that inspired this restaurant.
Overall, a great experience, especially for the service and atmosphere.

I finally wanted to try a Michelin-starred restaurant to celebrate my 30th birthday, and it was absolutely worth it.
We chose the tasting menu of six dishes with mushrooms and chocolate as the main ingredients.
Each dish was better than the last.
An unforgettable experience.
