20/07/2025: I've had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant several times, and each time I've found the cuisine to be truly excellent: carefully crafted dishes, quality ingredients, and mouth-watering flavors, all complemented by impeccable service. That said, even though we knew from the start that the table had to be vacated by a certain time (so it was our choice), I can't deny that dining by the clock takes away some of the enjoyment from the experience. The need to organize two sittings, in my opinion, affects the experience itself. A real shame, because the quality of the cuisine deserves a more relaxed atmosphere.

17/08/2025: Late morning, we stop and ask if we can get a coffee. Two coffees in paper cups and a croissant from the ice cream counter attached to the restaurant cost €7.90. No comment needed.

10/09/2025: 6/9/25. I celebrated my birthday with family, relatives, and friends at this restaurant, which I specifically chose based on a very positive previous experience. The exterior and entrance to the restaurant have a vintage feel. Going down the stairs, there are two very beautiful rooms. The first is smaller but has a stunning panoramic view with beautiful windows, the second has fewer windows but a panoramic balcony and is more spacious. The rooms are clean, with two restrooms, one adjacent to the rooms and one near the entrance to the restaurant. The atmosphere is welcoming, the owners are kind and very helpful, and many compliments to the kitchen staff and the chef for the excellent dishes they prepared. She satisfied every palate and created a menu especially for the event, which was a great success. The food was excellent and of high quality (the risotto with blueberries and gorgonzola was top notch), and the service was good, with a few small imperfections. I thank everyone for making my birthday truly special. We will be back to try other dishes. Highly recommended place.

09/08/2025: I was there one night where my friends from Chile played some awesome electronic music. First it was Lalo's turn, then Carla's. They were total geniuses.

02/08/2025: Really cool place, lucky Turin residents. You can eat well at very reasonable prices. You can drink, and you can see concerts without having to donate a kidney. We'll definitely be back.

24/05/2025: I celebrated my graduation at Barrocco in Pianezza and I couldn't have chosen a better place! Everything was simply perfect: the impeccable organization, the elegant but welcoming atmosphere, and a service that exceeded all expectations. We received so many compliments from the guests for the location, the food and the excellent management of the event. A special thanks to Chiara, who was fantastic and super helpful, both in the preparation phase and during the party. Her attentive but discreet presence really made the difference. It was an unforgettable party, made so also and above all by the professionalism and passion of the Barrocco staff. Highly recommended for those looking for a special place to celebrate important moments!

02/09/2025: My food was ready in just several minutes, which could be great if my culurgiones weren't frozen inside... I would prefer my dinner to arrive later, but cooked. Were tasty nevertheless. Also, I ordered a can of beer and it was likely either dropped or shaken right before, pretty much of it ended up on the table when I opened it.

01/09/2025: Delicious. Cannelloni with truffle, pad thai, tempeh, seitan scallops, and desserts: Everything was truly delicious. The service was very friendly but not intrusive. Highly recommended.

22/08/2025: If you welcome a lot of customers during the tourist season or on the weekend, you also have to provide adequate service and equal care to the food prepared. Otherwise, you'll sacrifice a few seats, earn less, but deliver quality and never disappoint anyone. So much so that we had a long wait for cheeseburgers with inedible dry bun (left too warm) and overcooked meat inside, making them tough and dry, not juicy. There were four of us, and all the sandwiches were like that. The sauces inside are never present; you have to open the sandwich and fill it with the ones provided in the sachets on the table. The fries (MacDonald style) were dry. When there are too many customers, they can't manage the kitchen properly, and this is not the first time. In my opinion, it's best avoided when it's overcrowded.

08/08/2025: Very good piadina! The dough is good and easy to digest. The flavors vary, with a sense of purpose and the combinations are more than spot-on. Quality ingredients are expertly prepared. Talking to the staff reveals their passion for their work and the pleasure of serving an absolutely delicious product! They have a lovely outdoor area where you can eat in peace. A must-try for both piadina lovers and those who aren't fans of this type of restaurant!

20/08/2025: In Turin for a few days' vacation, recommended by Dante, owner of Vinoteca di Mogliano Veneto, we booked a lunch reservation. We were immediately captivated by the hospitality and expertise of the owner and staff. They provided expert suggestions for pairing the refined dishes with the perfect wine... et voilà. This oasis in the city center is not to be missed.

12/08/2025: A beautiful restaurant (no outdoor seating, but that's okay), top-notch food, top-notch wine, and excellent service. A modern kitchen with a limited selection, as befits this type of restaurant. For us, this was a culinary highlight, paired with a wonderful natural wine.

20/08/2025: I stumbled across this restaurant as I wandered around. A little hesitant at first with the dated decor but the food was INCREDIBLE. I had the tomato, mozzarella and basil cream starter and the tomatoes were bursting with flavour. For main I had beef cheek and creamed potato, holy wow that was the highlight of my Italian food journey so far. Don't miss this gem!

11/08/2025: The pasta is top-notch, Enrico's service made us feel right at home, and the chocolate dessert is simply the best I've ever tasted. Highly recommended.

27/08/2025: The staff is very helpful and kind (unlike many places in the area), the pizza is good and in the Kebap there is a beautiful mosaic (a giant photograph) which makes it clear that the owner likes art, and all this is very nice.

14/05/2025: Very good hyper traditional place if it weren't for the exclusively online menu. Soft lights, lounge cover music. You are welcomed by an aperitif that I think is vermouth + bitter orange and a cavagnot of perfect Russian salad. Exceptional miula and equally bispanato fillet with 8 different salts including spices, turmeric, 2 Breton, Himalayan pink, red, black ... accordion potatoes (hasselback), accompanied by 2 types of white bread and rubatá. Excellent zabaglione, classic. Wide selection of wines and bitters (from Turin and Bordiga Chiot), shame they proposed a wine aged in wood after asking for a chardonnay without carats (Solum, Isolabella della Croce)

30/04/2025: The most favorite and delicious restaurant in Turin. Everything is delicious! And everything is at the highest level! I highly recommend it!
