L'Establo is always a guarantee! I've known and frequented this place for over 35 years, everything is well-kept and top-quality. The hostess is unbeatable, always attentive and smiling. I recommend the tagliata, it's a spectacle!! Recommended and for me, one of my favorite places. See you soon.

A lovely place, with the added bonus of the owner's friendliness. Here you'll find excellent quality meat, cooked to perfection. Kudos to everyone. The menus are good, with prices affordable for everyone. We'll definitely be back.

Always a pleasure to eat here. We ordered the large Establo menu and the tagliata menu. The risotto for the first course was delicious...the fondue underneath was delicious. The tagliata was exquisite, perfectly cooked. The dessert was light and delicious. Their cured meats are fresh and of excellent quality.

We were invited to a birthday party, and it almost felt like a wedding. Round tables and excellent service, prompt and always available, excellent dishes—appetizers, first courses, and a grilled meat. I don't know the price because it was offered by the birthday boy. The rooms are well-maintained and have warm lighting, and the bathrooms are clean. I'd gladly return if I had the opportunity.

05/07/2026: A fantastic place. We celebrated Matteo's first communion there and it went like a fairytale. Everything was perfect. They are professional and very precise. The lunch itself was one of the best in Turin. Everything was fresh and perfectly prepared down to the smallest detail. I recommend it to everyone.
