One of the most authentic Japanese restaurants in Turin. Delicious food, friendly and attentive staff. Each dish is well explained, and everything is exactly what you'd expect. Excellent sake selection. Delicious desserts. A bit pricey, but that's acceptable for a fairly authentic experience.

I suspect the menu has changed and Wasabi decided to go cheap. First visit I loved it. Last visit (2 years later) I struggled to find something to eat on the menu and when the food arrived it was dry- I hated every bite. A schnitzel is more interesting (and far cheaper).

Excellent food, a well-kept and characteristic venue. It's a shame the kitchen has poor ventilation, which forces you to shower and wash everything as soon as you get home.

We dined at this charming restaurant for the first time last night. It immediately felt like we were back in the Japan we'd discovered on our vacation. The atmosphere, the tatami mats, the courtesy, the service. For our first visit, we chose the WASABI menu. Truly high-quality sushi, sashimi, and gyoza, accompanied by excellent sake. Compliments to Chef Masa and all the staff who welcomed us and accompanied us on this wonderful experience. We can't wait to return to savor the other specialties. See you soon.

The food was okay. The price was very high for the amount of food served. The cover charge was excessive.

Exceptional. For me, this is the best place in Turin to eat Japanese food. The quality of the ingredients is top-notch. The service is always friendly, and the atmosphere is perfect. We recently returned from Japan, and dining at Wasabi was like being back there! Fish, vegetables, tofu, desserts, sake: everything reminded us of the flavors, quality, and deliciousness of true Japanese cuisine. The care with which the owner and staff manage the restaurant also contributes to making this a truly Japanese restaurant.

Despite the change in management, the refined atmosphere, the meticulous attention to detail, and the attention to detail in both service and flavor remain. A little treat to indulge in on special occasions.
