11/09/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, and were welcomed despite the late hour. The dishes are sophisticated despite being an osteria. Both meat and fish options are available. Excellent service and helpful wait staff. RECOMMENDED.

A super positive experience. We've been wanting to try this pizzeria for a long time, so highly praised by friends and acquaintances. What can I say... We were super satisfied.
Finally, a place where customers aren't treated like numbers, but pampered and recommended. Well done, well done... That said, when you're a local and reference point, you always have to be top-notch... You were a cut above! CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OF YOU.

22/12/2025: I think places with personality always add an extra twist to the quality they serve. When you Enter Tigre you know you’re entering an home not just a shop, you feel the passion of the hosts. The Pizza is something to remember, very thin crust but not dry, crispy but moist. The Michele Pizza blends two of my favorite flavors: tonno e cipolla and Gorgonzola….is like the red my mind. In any case, they do have many more flavors of pizza and an extensive beer menu. A must when in Carignano

21/01/2026: Near the Porta Nuova train station, a restaurant with a quiet atmosphere, excellent, friendly, and attentive service, and fair prices.
Traditional local dishes, mostly meat-based, are served, but the menu also includes some very good seafood options, such as the rice with shrimp or the paccheri with sea bass and artichokes. I was disappointed with the apple pie because of its excessive cinnamon content.
16/01/2026: We've been to this restaurant twice and had a great time both times. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant, with good music. The service has always been attentive and friendly, without being intrusive. We really enjoyed the tasting menu. We recommend it!

04/01/2026: Stopped for lunch after visiting the palace. Excellent welcome, very good food, and incredibly efficient service. I opted for the menu with tartare, plin, and bunet. Everything was delicious. I recommend it.

The ticket office is right in front of this magnificent restaurant, which offers excellent value, is listed in all the best food and wine guides, has a particularly refined atmosphere, and offers traditional dishes from the best Piedmontese cuisine! Recommended!

12/01/2026: A place with a warmth unlike any other, or almost. Excellent pizza, very friendly service, and even the homemade desserts are delicious. It's the place to indulge every now and then, spending relatively little and feeling almost at home. Let's hope they never change.

04/10/2025: Very cozy, and everything is regional. Be sure to follow the owner's wine recommendation. Simply sensational. We were only here for a snack, but we'll be back to stay overnight.
17/09/2025: The short version of what I think of Cantina Alpina is "the best polenta in the Susa Valley."
To go further, I'll add:
- the tiny village of Eclause is experiencing a resurgence, thanks to exhibitions, concerts, and events organized by the winery;
- the staff is friendly and helpful;
- the polenta is amazing (but I may have already mentioned that);
- besides the polenta, everything else on the menu is delicious.
In short, a must-visit for mountain lovers.
Oh, and the price is very reasonable.
