19/02/2026: Every time we come to Pinerolo for work, we go to La Rosa Bianca for lunch because they're super fast, helpful, friendly, and the food is delicious! Plus, it's not expensive. It's an exceptional place, I recommend it to everyone, especially those who need a work lunch!

12/04/2026: Excellent lunch, good food and plenty of it. Excellent service despite the full rooms, estimated at around 300 people. The desserts were also very good. We'll be back. I forgot, the restaurant is in the mountains, the road isn't the best, but it's worth the drive.

01/02/2026: Menu with three options: vegetarian, meat, or fish. The menu is essentially a selection of the three. The restaurant is small but well-maintained. We were a table divided between meat and vegetarian options. Delicious dishes and extremely courteous service. A small initial error on the menu was a plus, but it was remedied with great style. Wide selection of wines.

21/02/2026: Discovered by chance, this is a well-kept and welcoming place. Excellent service, and the owner is super friendly and experienced. Dinner begins with a welcome drink accompanied by an excellent Russian salad. Quality food, interesting wine selection. Delicious ravioli del 'Plin' al pannocchiere. Highly recommended!

13/04/2026: The cheese in my pizza was almost cold (you can see it did not even melt completely), and the pistachio sauce came from a tube, in a not very appetizing way. The dough tasted fine, but the rest not so much. A cheaper and simpler pizza would probably have been better, but it was the "pizza del giorno", so I thought it would be better.

I'll be back. A welcoming place; no one ever raises their voices at the table. The owner exudes professionalism and kindness. A true professional, as do all the staff. I'll be back.

11/04/2026: A very small and charming restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. The menu is simple and features local dishes. Prices are somewhat lower than in the center of Turin, but the portions are correspondingly smaller. However, they use high-quality ingredients, the dishes are beautifully presented, and the taste is significantly above average. A little gem outside the city center. Recommended if you're in the area—but I wouldn't make a special trip just for it. Overall, a very good culinary experience with excellent service.

A friend of mine and I found the location spectacular, surrounded by greenery and overlooking Lake Sirio, which makes the lunch special in itself. The service is friendly and professional, and the recommended wines pair beautifully with the dishes. 08/04/2026: We had dinner on a Saturday evening during the Venaria cherry blossom season. It was a special occasion, a birthday, and we couldn't be happier. Right by the entrance to Venaria, the food exceeded all expectations. We loved the ricotta, citrus, and marjoram ravioli on a shellfish cream and the double-cooked octopus, as well as the desserts, especially the sweet ricotta. The staff was friendly and helpful in helping us choose our dishes. We had a wonderful evening and will definitely be back.

03/04/2026: The food was beautiful to look at but completely tasteless. The quality-price ratio was absolutely terrible. The black woman who served us was very nice but not at all smiling, as was the other woman who came to clear the table. They served my husband three times before me... If you want to ask for that kind of money, you have to know how to work. The problem isn't the price—we've had lunch at much more expensive places—but the price-to-quality ratio and the flavor of the dishes. The girl who served us coffee, however, was a good one; she was the only one who was smiling and kind. I'm sorry because I never leave negative reviews, but in this case it was completely unavoidable. It's a shame because the place itself is very nice and has an enviable location facing the palace.

07/04/2026: I'll start by saying I went with a grain of salt, as I already had an excellent review. Let's start with the perfect welcome (the staff were friendly and unobtrusive). The menu was varied and quite inviting, plus the ingredients were seasonal and very fresh. Excellent wine selection (very important for my sensory experience). A perfect experience in every way (I won't say anything else, as some sensory experiences are indescribable in words). Go and enjoy.

23/03/2026: At this restaurant, you can savor traditional flavors with the surprise of having just tasted them in a delicious, sustainable, plant-based version. I'll never forget the taste of Agnolotti dell'Orto, which, as the name suggests, is a true tribute to Piedmontese cuisine. But what will remain closest to my heart is the way Eduardo champions the vegan cause, presenting it to his restaurant's patrons as a value that transcends the culinary realm and becomes a tribute to kindness towards nature and others. We'll definitely be back!
