Simple place, but truly characteristic, local dishes mixed with the origins of the staff. The only flaw is the menu which is almost unchanged throughout the year.

Excellent dinner. Very friendly staff and very clean room. For babies, there is a large changing table equipped with diapers available for them. Foresight much appreciated.

Very welcoming recommended for all ages, rustic style, spacious and well lit. Service within adequate times for the dishes ordered, tidy and friendly waiters always at full service or to answer all your questions. Honest price and excellent quality, nothing to say, fabulous!!!

I am an admirer of polenta and traditional Alpine dishes. Ressia did not disappoint me. The typical starter as well as the first course were excellent. The fondue might be enough but I also took the deer meat to accompany the polenta. Everything excellent. The welcome was cordial. The place is spacious with outdoor parking. I think it deserves a visit and remember to book.

Su consiglio di amici siamo stati in questo posto per pranzo. Parcheggio piccolino quindi bisogna arrangiarsi su strada. Locale pulito e rustico ma ben tenuto, ricorda molto un agriturismo. Il personale è molto gentile e cordiale, i piatti sono eccellenti!! La carne è ottima, cotta bene e in discrete proporzioni, la polenta è spettacolare, ho provato sia quella normale che quella oncia e ne sono rimasto piacevolmente impressionato! Assaggiato anche un piatto di formaggi tipici (gorgonzola di capra buonissimo!) e non potevo non assaggiare il dolce, davvero eccellente anche quello! Un ottima selezione di vini ma anche quello sfuso è di buona qualità, il conto finale rispecchia tutto quello trovato, un ottimo locale!!

What an exceptional find! Located at the foothills of the southern Alps. Took family there for a lunch. Very rustic charm. Friendly staff and exceptional seasonal food - one of the best meals we've ever had. Started with Cheese board. Main - I had Pork (2-ways - crumbed and in a balsamic sauce), others had Duck. Delicious pudding - Torta di Mele (Apple tart). Gorgeous Wine - Cipressi Nizza 2019 (MicheleChiarlo). A real Dining experience and not expensive either. Look forward to going again, when we're next in the vicinity visiting family (June 2024).

06/04/2024: This is one of my favorite places. Let me start by saying that I am a fan of small, intimate places, where customer care and silence accompany the experience. I like to enjoy meals in gentle environments. You will certainly find yourself welcomed here. You can opt for the menu or the à la carte choice. At the moment there are two types of menus to choose from, one more particular and the other more traditional. Since it was a celebration occasion, we chose the menu, specifically the second course: 5 appetizers (you will find things like veal with tuna sauce, fresh cheese, raw meat with hazelnuts, flan, green anchovies), as a first course hazelnut plin with fondue and as a second course cheek (it broke with a fork because it was so soft) with potato flan, finally for dessert the bunet revisited with 4 chocolates (I won't even tell you). Everything taken care of in detail, everything delicious. We chose to accompany the meal with a Roero "Curs" (Bordone Giuseppe) which really amazed us. Adequate quality/price ratio. For two of us (including wine, water and coffee) we spent around €60 each. For me it is always a certainty. Well done!
04/04/2024: Exceptional food and service! We were greeted with warmth and kindness from start to finish. One person on our table was vegan and had allergies and, although we had warned them at the last minute, the owner (and restaurant manager) rushed to procure a vegan dish beyond all expectations. All our dishes were delicious, with a special mention of the final bonet which we considered the best in all of Turin. We will be back for the summer menu ;) Thank you so much for the excellent dinner - we felt "pampered". Highly recommended!
