There were six of us dining and we had booked in advance, a choice I recommend since it's the only restaurant on the lake. The experience was very positive: five of us chose the tasting menu, with portions that were a bit small but of excellent quality, with truly meticulous attention to flavor and presentation. Those who ordered a regular dish were also pleased with the portions, which were significantly larger. Overall, excellent value, especially considering the location and quality of the food. Recommended for both a quiet dinner and a special occasion!

09/08/2026: Excellent lunch in the very pretty village of Jouvenceaux. We received a warm welcome in the lovely dining room and enjoyed the ravioli of the day and a parmigiana, both delicious. We highly recommend this place.
07/08/2026: Everything was so beautiful. Quality food with unique flavors. Wonderful place, meticulously maintained down to the last detail. The staff was truly kind and attentive. It felt like a fairy tale. Thank you for your hospitality.

01/06/2026: Excellent quality food...I ate a truly sublime asparagus salad.
24/05/2026: Try it!!!! Piedmontese cuisine with traditional dishes, but with a creative twist that respects seasonality. The traditional veal with tuna sauce was excellent!! A nice combination of raw meat with Castelmagno sauce and raw asparagus. The tajarin with anchovy and agretti sauce was unusual, and the tajarin with asparagus dish in two textures was very tasty. The desserts were very, very good!!! The service was friendly and welcoming.
