There were six of us dining and we had booked in advance, a choice I recommend since it's the only restaurant on the lake. The experience was very positive: five of us chose the tasting menu, with portions that were a bit small but of excellent quality, with truly meticulous attention to flavor and presentation. Those who ordered a regular dish were also pleased with the portions, which were significantly larger. Overall, excellent value, especially considering the location and quality of the food. Recommended for both a quiet dinner and a special occasion!

The hotel restaurant serves local dishes featuring wild meats (wild boar and venison), local cheeses like toma, served with gnocchi, or as a fondue on polenta and cured meats. Two appetizers, a first course, a second course, and a dessert are available for €64. Everything is delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented.

Went for lunch and ate veal with tuna sauce, gnocchi with ragù and a Fassona burger with amazing potatoes, everything was delicious.

The restaurant offers a warm welcome, authentic food, and very good traditional dishes. Good value for money. The location is quiet during the week and in December, Christmas time... once again a wonderful experience... thank you.

We'd been there before in the summer; seeing the frozen lake is truly breathtaking. We had lunch at the restaurant, choosing the tasting menu (just the right proportions, not the tasters), while the other guests chose the à la carte menu. The ingredients were excellent; the giardiniera appetizer was delicious, as was the vitello tonnato, the light gnocchi, and not to mention the stew served with taragna polenta. The desserts were also delicious, the tarte tatin and the chef's cake. Unfortunately, I don't have any photos; I didn't have time to take them. 😂 I highly recommend it, also for the courtesy, kindness, and attention of the staff, including the owners, towards customers.

Lake Laux, I would say a small paradise for those seeking peace, relaxation and immersion in the nature of the Chisone Valley, I stopped to enjoy so much beauty and savor both the flavors of the cuisine and the beauty of the structure. 🤩 Already with a "tasting" menu you will be full and it will leave joy in your eyes 👀 and above all in your belly 😋, but if you want something more just choose from the menu 😉 The room with a view of Lake Laux makes you feel like a pampered prince 🥰 the cleaning, order and organization are 5 stars 🌟 as are the rest of the staff and the welcome 🤗 The new management is promoted with full marks, I highly recommend booking a weekend, even with the snow ❄️ you will be able to see all the beauty that is there 🤩🤩

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms and a beautiful view of the lake. The dining room features a beautiful fireplace. We went with friends and had a wonderful time thanks to the hospitality of the owner (who is also an excellent cook). We'll definitely be back!
