A restaurant with a large window and very welcoming wait staff. Superlative food, impeccably served. The amuse-bouche were very popular. The two appetizers (tempura-stuffed zucchini flowers and scallops) and the monkfish were excellent, but the veal in a breadstick crust, cooked to perfection, truly stands out. The desserts were also excellent, especially the chocolate rose. Compliments to the chef and the entire staff.

A magical place. Being lucky enough to live nearby, I go there as soon as I can. The cuisine is top-notch, the professionalism is never cloying, and the owner Simone is a friendly person. The chef is stellar. Try it.

The food is top-notch; chef Gianni Spegis offers refined cuisine, from the raw ingredients to the finished dish. The restaurant is strategically located in the hills of Castagneto Po, with the option, in warmer weather, to relax on outdoor sofas, offering a panoramic view of the surrounding hills. Simone Capello and his staff provide attentive and impeccable service. Prices are reasonable.

25/07/2026: Excellent piadina, just the right size and handmade in an open kitchen. A huge selection with a wide variety of ingredients. Excellent vegan options, given the wide selection. Furthermore, the owner and waiters are super friendly and helpful. Add to that the price is reasonable considering the quality and location. Highly recommended after a visit to the Reggia di Venaria.
