At Fratelli Rosselli 77, the food is divine and time seems to stand still (no need to rush): excellent quality dishes that transform a simple work break into a moment of true pleasure. The value for money is incredible; it's hard to find better in the area. Prestigious, seasonal, locally sourced, fresh, refined, and top-quality products and ingredients! But what makes the experience truly special is the location: an ancient setting, beautifully decorated with sublime antiques that create a warm, refined, and timeless atmosphere. A rare combination of excellent food and aesthetic beauty. Highly recommended!

03/04/2026: During a school trip to Turin, I had the pleasure of dining at Trattoria Aldente during the week with a group of students and colleagues, and the experience was truly positive in every way. ❤️ From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great warmth and a genuine smile, which immediately created a relaxed, family atmosphere. Despite our large group, the service was surprisingly fast, attentive, and well-organized. The staff was always available, professionally handling even small issues and specific requests, without ever compromising on kindness or efficiency. A strong point is certainly the attention paid to everyone's needs: allergies, dietary preferences, and special requests were listened to and fulfilled with care and genuine availability. You can clearly sense the passion of those who work here and their desire to provide an authentic experience. The quality of the food is excellent: well-prepared dishes, authentic flavors, and the opportunity to sample various typical Piedmontese specialties, enthusiastically explained and recommended. Each course was a little journey into local tradition. In conclusion, Aldente isn't just a trattoria where you can eat well, but a place where you feel welcomed and pampered. Even just for the warmth and attention you receive, it's absolutely worth a visit. Highly recommended.

02/02/2026: An excellent vocational school offering our students, fresh out of middle school, the opportunity to learn professions such as hairstylists, beauticians, pastry chefs, bakers, restaurant and waiters, chefs, and graphic designers. A strict selection process with limited places is available for new classes, for truly motivated and determined students. Excellent teachers and professionals from all fields are available and professional. Recommended for those with learning disabilities. In addition, the school has a brewery where you can sample excellent craft beers in the adjoining pub.

28/12/2025: Unique place! For a product known worldwide!

23/12/2025: I was given the Vermouth Class for my birthday. As you'd expect, you'll arrive in a wonderful, well-appointed setting. The staff will welcome you and take your reservation. Initially, you'll be free to take a self-guided tour of the Martini house museum, a magnificent experience with artifacts from their history and interactive entertainment. Once you're done, you'll meet up to go to the Vermouth Class, and the entrance is almost magical. A gigantic 4-meter round wooden door with the name "Mastodonte" will open automatically to welcome you into your experience. You'll take your seat and begin with a bit of history. In front of you, there will be four glasses of different vermouths + one for water, and an empty one with a matching container containing a flavorless vermouth. The four tastings were delicious, accompanied by thorough explanations from Daniela, who constantly divided her time between Italian and English for the foreign groups. The neutral vermouth was specifically designed for us to create our own aromatic wine. In fact, several bottles containing different aromas were provided, explaining how to combine them, and then it was up to us to choose which ones and how much. Once complete, it was bottled, giving us a pleasant and personal memento of the experience. For an additional fee, you can also enjoy some snacks to enjoy while you're tasting, which I highly recommend. Compliments to Casa Martini and guide Daniela for their professionalism. It was a wonderful experience that I highly recommend.

A special mention also goes to Stefan, whose service was exceptional throughout the evening. Attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming, he elevated the entire experience and made us feel incredibly well taken care of. 30/12/2025: We stopped by for dinner and were more than satisfied. We arrived during opening hours, as strongly recommended (they don't take reservations and the place fills up quickly). There was a bit of a line, but they seated us right away and didn't make us wait long for our order. The staff was very kind and friendly. There were two of us, and we ordered xiao long bao to start. The broth was very flavorful, as was everything else, but we were pleasantly surprised by the richness of the broth inside. Next, we ordered miang with minced pork and peanuts, along with biang biang miang with soup and beef. Everything was delicious; there was so much meat in the soup that it melted in your mouth like a stew. The atmosphere and decor are very cute, but the place is small, a bit cramped, but that doesn't detract from the overall experience, which for us, again, was very positive.

17/09/2025: The short version of what I think of Cantina Alpina is "the best polenta in the Susa Valley." To go further, I'll add: - the tiny village of Eclause is experiencing a resurgence, thanks to exhibitions, concerts, and events organized by the winery; - the staff is friendly and helpful; - the polenta is amazing (but I may have already mentioned that); - besides the polenta, everything else on the menu is delicious. In short, a must-visit for mountain lovers. Oh, and the price is very reasonable.

07/04/2026: We went to dinner with friends on a Sunday evening. We had to book a week in advance due to the large crowds and somewhat limited seating. In the summer, the large outdoor space will certainly offer a few more seats for diners. It was our first time at "La Trattoria La Pace - il Morettino," where we had pizza, a few pasta dishes, and some fried foods. The quality of the pizza was average, cooked in a modern gas oven. There's a choice of various pizza doughs. The generous pasta dishes and fried foods justify the slightly higher prices compared to other restaurants in the area. The service was courteous and fast, with average wait times given the restaurant's busy schedule. With friends, we enjoyed a fantastic dessert platter featuring every homemade dessert, each one better than the last. At the end of the service, a bottle of their fresh and delicate amaro was offered to the table. A nice touch for the customer that not everyone offers! As for improvement, I'd suggest better extraction of the kitchen hood, as the smell of fried food permeates the dining room and the diners, and unfortunately, the smell lingers on their clothes. More space between the tables would be appreciated, to make diners feel less claustrophobic and to give the waiters more space for easier service. We'll definitely be back, but this time to try the specialties of contemporary Piedmontese cuisine!
