I've been living in the USA for a few years and I'm perpetually looking for a "real" pizza, one of those where you even eat the crust to explain. I have known Ostu for quite a few years and they have never betrayed my expectations. It's been a while since I went to visit them and I assure you that I ate real pizza (including the crust). Light, top quality ingredients all in an excellent environment and service. The step forward made by this "pizzeria" is remarkable. Fabio and Paolo have taken the reins but Mum and Dad are always there ready to intervene in case of very remote errors 🙂. My best compliments guys! Try it and then we'll talk about it again! 😄
