I tried this place on a friend's recommendation. Excellent recommendation, I'd say; the dough is really good and light (it doesn't feel heavy on your stomach in the evening). Try the pizza journey and you'll be satisfied. Ask Paolo for wine and beer recommendations and you'll be super... satisfied. The prices are a bit high, but if the product is quality, I'm willing to pay a little more. All it needs is a nice outdoor area 😬

Everything was perfect: the elegant venue, the unique food, carefully and thoroughly explained. They offered a Hugo Spritz to celebrate their 10th anniversary, followed by a tasting menu: the last course, a rice-crust pizza with Fassona beef ragout and Parmesan, was a dream.
