Had lunch with the family the first time and as a couple the second time. I had mentioned that we had a dog and there was no problem whatsoever to our great pleasure. The place is very beautiful with barrel vaults, with 25/30 seats I think and therefore it is advisable to book. Surrounded by greenery, located on the old military road that runs parallel to the state road. The menu includes local products from the valley, from cheeses, to chestnut flour, to Sambucano lamb, their flagship dish. The quality of the dishes is high, carefully prepared by the lady who is an excellent cook and puts the passion into each one which she transmits in every dish. Traditional local appetizers, excellent tagliatelle and ravioli, second courses with the inevitable Sambucano lamb. The chocolate and pear cake, the best I have ever eaten. The husband welcomes the guests, explains the menu and never leaves anything missing on the table. It is one of those places where you eat well, you don't feel burdened and you are satisfied, because beyond all this, there is their kindness and genuineness that makes you feel at home, in the family. Right price quality. We will definitely be back 😍

Family-run restaurant with rooms located in Demonte, we went for dinner. The menu offers authentic typical dishes, everything turned out to be excellent, the cardoon flan was fabulous. Excellent quality/price ratio. Highly recommended

Eravamo in zona per un week end, visto le recensioni abbiamo deciso di provarlo …… un ottima esperienza, ambiente familiare e cordiale, l’offerta del menu è abbastanza ristretto ma quello che fanno lo fanno molto bene ! Prezzo ottimo. Complimenti .

Siamo stati a cena ieri sera! Posto molto accogliente e personale gentilissimo. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti nello scoprire i piatti della tradizione,con gusti e sapori incredibili.

Piccola trattoria occitana (non più di 25/30 coperti, conviene prenotare) nei dintorni di Demonte. Trovata per caso, ma grande scoperta. Piatti della tradizione ma proposti con cura e piccoli dettagli che li rendono particolari. Poche pietanze, non bisogna vere fretta, le cose curate hanno bisogno del tempo necessario. Buona offerta di etichette. Atmosfera che crea complicità fra i clienti e i gestori (che oltre al ristorante hanno anche degli alloggi). Se siete da quelle parti vale la pena deviare dalla strada pricipale e farci un passo.
