I bought chestnut compote at Cascina Rosa: I have to go back to stock up! It's never tasted so good! 😋 The jams are also excellent, strictly sugar-free!

Lunch with dear friends during a visit to the Caraglio spinning mill was a pleasant discovery! The atmosphere was welcoming and very refined, the dishes beautiful to look at and even better to eat! Highly recommended for anyone looking to try new flavors, with a vegetarian focus, using top-quality, truly zero-mile ingredients.

Cascina Rosa, a welcoming and warm place, plenty of food, but not too much that you'll feel sick, truly delicious, and above all, a completely vegan menu, with anything but ordinary dishes. ❤️ You've put in the effort, well done! 🙏 The menu is flexible, and as you can see from the photo, there are various courses, and although there are many, the portion sizes are perfectly compatible with a normal human stomach.
