Today I had lunch for €50 for four appetizers (celery, walnut, and Toma Bergera cheese salad—very '80s-esque), marinated eel, and pumpkin flan (2 portions), all excellent, a pumpkin puree, and two disappointing desserts (the pumpkin and chocolate pie was a truly cold pie). A bottle of water, 1/2 carafe of wine, and a coffee.
The wall in front of me is peeling.
The waitress is polite.
It seems expensive, all things considered.

Piedmontese cuisine, excellent ingredients... portions may be a little small, but it's definitely worth it. Prices are reasonable.

A typical Piedmontese restaurant with a traditional and authentic atmosphere. We participated in Bagna Cauda Day, and the Bagna Cauda was spectacular—the Original!
Excellent, high-quality cuisine. The staff is courteous, welcoming, and friendly. An authentic experience in the heart of Roero. A must-see for those seeking the authentic flavors of Piedmont.

Everything was delicious. It's a place frequented by locals, so it's not touristy. The quality/price ratio is excellent. Excellent service, not too fast or too slow. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the tables are spaced well apart. I highly recommend it! We'll be back!

Located between Monferrato and Roero, La Cantina del Bivio is the ideal place to stop and enjoy traditional Piedmontese cuisine, prepared with care and love, paired with an excellent selection of local wines. The service is excellent, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. It's worth stopping here at least once in your life.
