A very pleasant restaurant on the edge of the city center of Alba. My colleague and I were welcomed by the atmosphere of a true Italian wine shop and we were pleasantly surprised by both the prices and the quality of the dishes. Judge for yourself:

The selection of cheeses, refined and beautifully presented, rounds off an experience that focuses on tradition. A recommended destination for those seeking a refined setting where product quality is at the heart of the offering, in an environment that combines modernity and substance. Everything about this restaurant was great. The service was prompt, but not too quick. We were a family if three and ordered all three pasta dishes. They were excellent. We shared the lamb main course, and this was also top notch. There are a huge range of wines on offer, with suggested pairings (or just tastings), but we just had the house wine which was very good value. Highly recommended.

The BEST meal we've had during our 5 days in Turin & Alba. We had the tongue and the lamb meatballs (including the Hazelnut cake and Panna Cotta)....HEAVENLY. Perfect blend of finesse and flavor. Going back tonight, as this is how we want to remember Piemontese food.

One of the most ambrosial meals of my life. The food is meticulously crafted and executed to perfection. The agnolotti del plin with nettle and ricotta was so delicate and delicious, it absolutely blew my mind. The tartare melted like butter on the tongue. The hazelnut torte might be the best dessert on the planet, so pure and savoury. Rebecca is an angel and took such excellent care of us, even though we were a bit late to dine and the last to leave. Thank you, team Petricore for your passion and skill. I am already eager to return.
