11/05/2026: An experience we'll cherish forever, a destination just an hour away from our beloved Switzerland. Impeccable food, clean rooms, fantastic animals, and friendly, courteous people.
This isn't goodbye, just a see you later.
11/05/2026: A magical place! We came for a short vacation and it was everything we wanted. Our room was very comfortable looking out on the mountains, so peaceful.
Everyone working here was friendly, especially the wonderful Alina, who helped us get settled in the restaurant when we arrived near the end of service (thank you!).
All in all, if you’re looking for a peaceful break with good food and good hikes, you have found the right place!

10/05/2026: Very beautiful location; as soon as you enter, the windows overlooking the lake are spectacular.
Attentive and courteous service.
Excellent red shrimp tartare.
The fried fish was good, perhaps a little salty.
The shrimp tart with rice and curry was very delicate.
The breaded cutlet with French fries was also very good.
The only downside was the weather, which was rainy; otherwise, eating outside overlooking the lake would have been a real treat.

26/04/2026: I've been to this gelateria and I have to say the gelato is really good, excellent quality.
Unfortunately, the service was a bit confusing: I had ordered a crepe with gelato, but was initially served a milkshake. After pointing out the mistake, I was only offered the crepe without gelato, so I had to clarify the order again. In the end, they managed to make it correctly, although there was a bit of uncertainty about the flavor.
Overall, a positive experience for the product, but the service could be more attentive.

I'll start by saying that I'm a regular at other piadina shops of the same brand.
This is the first time I've seen it like this. The piadinas basically have the bare minimum of toppings, I think 1/3 compared to any other piadina shop. I had to go here for 4 days, so no problem, it's just deliberately applied. Besides, they're the only ones in the hospital. Ridiculous.
And the fridge is kept at minimum, with the beer always warm after a minute, rightly so.
Never again.

27/04/2026: On the day of arrival, we opted for convenience. And this restaurant is perfectly suited for that. Great prices for good quality pizza and pasta.
We enjoyed the Italian cuisine with a nice glass of wine. The service is friendly; they speak limited English, but that is not a problem when ordering.
Dishes were served very quickly.
