16/07/2025: I had the unfortunate experience of watching the patron (female) physically attack a female customer- grab her boobs and yell at her in Italian with zero provocation in the middle of the afternoon. If you are a single female dropping by - be prepared- she may physically assault you and then try to intimidate you by saying she will call the cops on you - with zero provocation. Either she is in the closet or just hates beautiful women- whatever the reason, be warned - she is toxic to the extreme.

16/07/2025: I happened to be in Nicolosi, and since it's one of the few restaurants open at midday, I tried it. I'll recommend it to my friends.

12/07/2025: The restaurant is spectacular in terms of the quality of its food. The dishes are beautifully presented, generous portions, and reasonable prices. The mix of cheeses and cured meats is very generous. So if there are four of you, it's better to order for three. The pasta is spectacular! And the desserts are delicious and homemade. The place is very charming and has a very rustic decor. Parking is available on nearby streets in a blue zone. We went for a very late lunch, after 4 p.m., and the service was very friendly. 100% recommended.

20/07/2025: A charming place. We had two pizzas, made with authentic dough. Excellent and friendly service. Just a stone's throw from Switzerland, the place is small but tastefully and charmingly decorated, with the option of eating in the garden. The dessert selection looked appealing, but we saved it for next time.

12/05/2025: Very, very good ice cream, especially pistachio. Significantly cheaper and less busy than on the main streets. The journey is worth it.

26/07/2025: We discovered the place thanks to a gift voucher they gave us. A beautiful farmhouse above Argegno, surrounded by nature. We had lunch outside: good food and good prices. The service was friendly, but perhaps a little inattentive.

01/08/2025: I had an overall unpleasant experience at this hotel for several reasons: 1. The room windows were not soundproof, and I was consistently woken up around 7:00 AM due to external noise. There was ongoing disturbance from tree cutting, which significantly disrupted the comfort and tranquility of my stay. 2. Some members of the concierge team tended to overcomplicate matters instead of resolving them efficiently. On several occasions, my requests were completely ignored over the phone. 3. I encountered rude behavior, particularly from the Front Desk Manager, who showed little professionalism or follow-through on her own suggestions. 4. Guests are not allowed to use an iron or ironing board in the room, which is highly inconvenient. Clothes must be sent to the laundry at an additional cost. When I did so, my items were returned with significant delay. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

09/07/2025: We ate outside at the manager's suggestion, as it was quite hot inside with the grill on. The grilled 5 Angus cuts was really good; I would just add a little more side dish. Recommended

07/07/2025: If you want to eat a nice and excellent steak, The new Angus is the right address. The quality-price ratio is nothing short of excellent. Both the sides and the meat are of the highest quality Not to mention the New Angus Team. They are very attentive, friendly and very cordial people. I will definitely return, as I am in this area. 27/05/2025: We celebrated our wedding here on 10/05. Mrs. Catia was always very kind and professional, she followed us both in the preparation and during the event trying to satisfy all our requests. The quality of the food is indisputable and manages to satisfy all types of palates. Both we and our guests felt welcomed like family, thanks to Mrs. Catia and all the staff.

11/08/2025: The Stone House Restaurant is a very beautiful, chic restaurant right on Lake Como. It offers a delicious selection of classic Italian dishes. The value for money is very good, and the food is delicious. The portions are also generous.

El tinto de la casa era perfecto con la pizza Diavola, que estaba entre las mejores que he probado, picante pero no demasiado salada ni demasiado grasosa. La corteza también estaba en su punto justo. La pizza de rúcula y parmesano estaba igualmente deliciosa al igual que los rigatoni. Deseamos tener otra noche en Cernobbio para volver y saborear más de sus platos. Gracias Mille.

28/07/2025: Great authentic restaurant to eat between the locals. Our waiter Mario was a great host. The food was lovely. Don’t forget to order the ice cream. We were there in the weekend and our email for a reservation didn’t come through. It was very busy but Mario still found a seat for us. So maybe better to phone them for a reservation.
