28/12/2023: Stayed here in 2022. Got broken into by someone that was related to the owner and stayed in the floor above, broke in via our balcony. Despite complaining, we were told it was no one's fault, of course. I realised I hadn't left a review until I told the story of this last week. Happy New Year! 🤣

02/04/2024: For me, very impressive and very pleasant. The first impression when you enter takes a little getting used to. There is no menu, you just ask what was cooked. But really very very comfortable and the conditions were very humorous. Both evenings were great and we will always come back

24/10/2023: Wonderful hotel, very friendly staff, rooms very clean amd with a miraculous view over the lake. Restaurant serves delicious local specialities! Private parking. Fantastic place to stay, recommended!

29/10/2023: Ristorante Il Pescatore has an attached B&B. Rooms and location excellent, view and terrace of the sea, very nice. The breakfast offered was also very good with a large selection (sausage, cheese, croissant, juices, yoghurt).
Dinner in the restaurant was also great. The outdoor terrace is on the street side opposite the water, so there is little to no traffic. We treated ourselves to a large, grilled fish, which was also filleted for us.
What we didn't like was that the waiter first tried to persuade us to eat something other than what we had chosen. The reason was the longer waiting time for SPAGHETTI (!!!), as according to the statement it is only made together with the other guests' portions. That really irritated us. But we stuck with our choice of the first course and in the end the food came without any long waiting times.
Overall, still recommended.

18/11/2023: Pranzo super in un ambiente semplice e informale. Tutte le portate sono veramente squisite. I pizzoccheri strepitosi, i dolci tutti di estrema bontà. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!
08/10/2023: Bellissima esperienza all’Alpe di Lemna, piatti ottimi e cortesia nel servizio.
L’agriturismo si trova immerso nel verde, raggiungibile con una camminata di circa 40/60 minuti. Nel menù a prezzo fisso sono compresi antipasti, due primi, un secondo, dolci, caffè e amaro, tutto davvero di qualità. Torneremo presto!

Rifugio Riella

01/02/2024: Prima volta per me al Rifugio Riella situato ai piedi della salita al Palanzone. Il rifugio ha qualche tavolo all’esterno oltre alla parte interna, non gigantesca (c’è posto per una cinquantina di coperti). Il menu è vario, la polenta è il padrone assoluto e la carne (di molteplici tipi) non manca; buona anche l’offerta dei dolci. Qualità buona, abbiamo mangiato bene.
Devo però purtroppo segnalare che appena finito di bere il caffè una delle cameriere ci ha chiesto di lasciare il tavolo perché c’era gente in attesa. La cosa mi ha molto dispiaciuto, perché il tavolo lo avremmo lasciato ugualmente entro qualche minuto (noi stessi abbiamo visto che c’era gente in attesa): quello che più mi ha amareggiato è stata la constatazione che l’ospitalità, le chiacchiere coi rifugisti, il vivere la montagna in un certo modo purtroppo non ci sono più, e che quello che conta è solo il profitto. Meditate!

20/08/2023: Forse la colpa è delle aspettative o delle recensioni entusiastiche , ma quando ti rendi conto che la tua esperienza in questo ristorante è alquanto negativa ci rimani decisamente male. D'accordo che siamo in un HOME restaurant ma a casa tua non useresti mai dei sottopiatti di plastica e ancor più rotti, o dei tovaglioli di carta. Dovresti avere la possibilità di avere del vino e non solo Bianco o Rosso della casa, un antipasto con prodotti da supermercato e banali, un solo primo salatissimo ed un ganascino anonimo e senza gusto. Da sorridere sulle 2 patate lesse schiacciate e definite "cotte a saturazione salina" ed in realtà unicamente molto salate. Sul dolce meglio sorvolare. E' vero che il conto è ragionevole però un pò di impegno in più nel cucinare e nella scelta dei prodotti aiuterebbe.
