La Darsena In Tremezzo

My favorite property on Como. Always a wonderful experience, fantastic food, and perfect location.

I stayed here for three nights in early March and had a phenomenal stay! I chose a lake view room and loved the stunning views of the mountains, sunrises, and peachy sunsets. La Darsena js a 3 minute walk from the ferry station in Tremezzo, so extra ideal if you are planning on checking out all the cities on Lago di Como like I did! Other notes: service was exceptional, breakfast was quaint and filling, and their house restaurant is innovative and delicious. Highly recommend staying here on your next trip to Lago di Como! 💙

La Darsena is a historic restaurant in Tremezzo located in a splendid position, right on the lake shore. For several years now I have considered it the best restaurant ever both for the quality of the raw materials, for the chef's desire to outdo himself every time with new dishes that enchant the palate and for the staff who are always very attentive to their customers and exceptionally courteous. . Try it and you will fall in love with it like me.

Pranzo di compleanno in famiglia. Sicuramente fantastica la vista mozzafiato sul lago. Tutti i piatti deliziosi, alcuni con porzioni un pochino piccole , altre molto soddisfacenti. Sicuramente non a buon mercato ma credo in linea con la zona non essendo io di zona. Bravi comunque, ci tornerei. Ah, caffè più buono mai assaggiato

We spent 4 nights in this lovely hotel in December. We had a "boutique room" that gave us stupendous views of the lake & mountains. The room was very spacious, with firm but comfortable beds. I asked for a different pillow as I have cervical spinal problems & was immediately offered a variety of pillows. The bathroom was also spacious - it had a vanity basin & mirror (with good lighting), a toilet, a bidet & an amazing walk-in shower. We ate in the restaurant for 3 nights & each night's meal was delicious. As we don't know the Italian wine labels, we asked our cameriere for suggestions & he always gave us a beautiful wine to accompany our meal. The continental breakfasts were always tasty with fresh fruit juices & a good variety of breads, fruit, cheeses, etc. All the staff were very friendly, with most having good English-speaking skills. The whole place had a family feel about it, which isn't surprising as it's owned/managed by the Moli family. We would love to return one day.

What a wonderful Bed and Breakfast hotel right on the shores of Lake Como. Family run with a keen eye to attention to detail, we had a marvelous stay with friends. We had the 2 attic rooms that looked out onto the Lake which was just awesome. Their breakfast was phenomenal and the view from the terrace was breathtaking. So convenient to the Tremezzo ferry stop to allow you to explore the lake and other cities. An easy walk to the lakefront bars , restaurants and shops that Tremezzo has to offer including the Villa Carlota. This place is a gem and a must stay for anyone that appreciates great service and a bed and breakfast that values putting the guest first.
