My first meal in Italy and was blown away by how delicious everything was. Prices are very reasonable. We had the octopus, mussels in pepper sauce, the 4 cheese pizza, tiramisu hugo spritz and aperol spritz. Everything was so yummy but the octopus were on another level!! The staff was also super friendly. Would recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

Stone House Restaurant Food&Wine was, without a doubt, our most memorable dining experience at Lake Como. What sets this place apart is its authenticity. No tourist crowds, no unnecessary show — just real Italian hospitality, surrounded by locals and a warm, genuine atmosphere that immediately makes you feel part of something special. The cuisine reflects exactly what you hope to find in Italy at its purest: prepared with simplicity, precision, and respect. Every dish felt honest, balanced, and full of character. The setting adds to the experience — quiet, intimate, and far away from the typical, crowded lakefront restaurants. It’s the kind of place you almost want to keep to yourself. If you are looking for a true, unfiltered Italian dining experience, this is it. A clear recommendation — and a place we would return to without hesitation.

If you are looking for fresh, high-quality seafood in the Lezzeno area, this is the place to be. Every dish was prepared to perfection and showcased the freshness of the ingredients. • Seafood Appetizers: The octopus carpaccio, smoked salmon, and marinated anchovies were incredibly fresh and served as a perfect start to the meal. • The Pasta: A standout dish! The pasta with prawns and crushed pistachios was creamy, rich, and perfectly al dente. The combination of flavors was unique and delicious. • Main Courses: The mixed grilled seafood (scallops, prawns, and fish) was charred beautifully while remaining juicy inside. The Fritto Misto (fried seafood) was light, crispy, and not greasy at all. The service was attentive and the atmosphere was very welcoming. It’s clear the kitchen takes great pride in their food. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lake Como!
