14/05/2026: An oasis of calm from the hoards of tourists outside. Outrageously expensive.

13/05/2026: Once again, we stayed at the Grand Hotel Tremezzo in May 2026 and had an absolutely incredible experience. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and every staff member made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The suites were beautiful, elegant, and spacious with stunning direct views of Lake Como. Every detail felt luxurious while still being warm and comfortable. The breakfast buffet each morning was delicious with a huge variety of fresh pastries, fruit, made-to-order items, and authentic Italian specialties. Easily one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had. One of the highlights of the trip was the private boat tour arranged through the concierge. Everything was seamless, and the experience on Lake Como was unforgettable. The concierge team did an amazing job helping coordinate activities and recommendations during our stay. My only small complaint is that the fitness center could use mirrors, especially in the weight lifting area. Other than that, everything was truly exceptional, and we cannot wait to return.

14/08/2026: Truly excellent pizza, light and cooked to perfection. The terrace is beautiful and very quiet. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area!!

14/07/2026: Basic food in small quantities, stifling heat in the room

13/07/2026: The restaurant was fairly average. The food was edible, but the ingredients didn't seem to be of very high quality. The pizzas didn't impress us: the dough was rather disappointing and lacked flavor. On the other hand, the gnocchi with gorgonzola were really very good. The service also left something to be desired. Two waitresses were quite unpleasant and seemed to be pushing for more orders, which wasn't very pleasant. Overall, the experience was mixed. Fortunately, the view of the lake is very pleasant and adds a real bonus to the setting.

24/06/2026: I gave this place one star only because of the nice owner. Me and my husband had the rudest experience here! We wanted to enjoy a nice night with some glasses of wine and the waiter was beyond rude. We clarified before that we just wanted to have a drink and the waiter yelled at us for not ordering food. So rude! The owner came by afterwards and apologized. He really needs to reconsider the people he is hiring. It’s a bad imagine for him to have servers like that!

14/07/2026: This is a nice Italian restaurant on Lake Lugano (Paradiso, Switzerland). The food and service was great. The salad was fresh and the Sicilian spaghetti was good. Bit the place is a bit expensive, but then everything is expensive here.

25/07/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant, with a very attentive and professional team; the food was delicious, the view lovely… We've already been twice and we'll gladly return. Thank you again to the whole team.

09/08/2026: We had snacks, coffee, OJs, dessert and ice cream there in the afternoon. The sendwiches, the dessert were very nice, the coffes were excellent, the service was fast and polite. The place has an amazing view onto the lake. The good rating is well served, strongly recommended
