30/04/2026: A little gem overlooking the lake, with a priceless view of Comacina Island that alone is worth the visit. The atmosphere is relaxed yet refined, the kind that makes you linger longer than expected, with water, boats, and mountains as a backdrop.
The food lives up to the setting: well-crafted dishes, quality ingredients, and authentic flavors, without unnecessary fuss. The service is attentive and friendly, never intrusive.
A place that isn't just a restaurant, but an experience. One you'll gladly return to and recommend without a second thought.

28/11/2025: An experience I recommend to everyone! As I already said in my previous experience, I'm truly surprised it doesn't have a Michelin star as a seal of approval for the care, service, and food I received.

11/10/2025: We had dinner with our children at this restaurant. The food was excellent, and the service was just as good. The waiter was incredibly friendly and attentive, even to the youngest guests. We truly enjoyed our evening and are very grateful for it!
21/09/2025: We stumbled upon Lido di Sala after wondering around Sala Comacina where we were staying. It's incredibly charming, with covered tables overlooking a scenic cove of water. Luca, our server, was wonderful and personable, and the food was delicious. Nothing fancy, just a well-prepared and very tasty meal. The ossobucco was fabulous, and the vanilla banana liqueur dessert was amazing. Thank you to Luca and staff for a wonderful Sunday dinner!

26/03/2025: A nice bar. I like that you can sit right on the street and look into the cars. But you can also enjoy your wine or coffee inside. You feel like a local among locals.

06/06/2026: A little time capsule of fabulous terrazzo, muted colors on the walls, great refrigeration and wine selection. The proprietors are fabulous and seem to be so loved by the local but from Sala Comacine and even the UK who have made it their home. Always a pleasure to catch them for tipple. Hard to find places like this nowadays. xx
20/04/2026: Terrible. We went in for a coffee and to use the bathroom. We have a medium-large dog. They told us the dog wasn't allowed in, unfortunately, a pug, probably theirs, was running around the bar. When we asked to just get a bottle of water and go to the bathroom, we were told there wasn't one and that we could go to the park, where there's definitely more space. Shocked. I'm also pregnant.
