07/03/2026: The beers are excellent, and the pizzas are also very good. I can't comment on the rest because, since I don't eat meat, the options for those with different needs are practically nonexistent. The real problem with the place, however, is its organization. The waits are truly excessive, bordering on the unreasonable. Takeout pizzas are prepared before those intended for diners, and in a well-run place, those seated at tables should have priority. Any subsequent requests also don't follow any clear criteria, but seem to be handled a bit haphazardly. It's a shame, because the staff is kind and polite. You can sense their good will, but a serious organizational, and probably structural, overhaul is needed. Unfortunately, for about a year now, the situation has been progressively worsening. At the moment, I would advise against it: even with a lot of patience, the wait times are truly excessive.

26/04/2026: A true pastry shop: brioches, pastries, biscuits, and above all, kindness and care. When I ordered, I mentioned a nut intolerance, and when it was delivered, the barista informed me she'd asked to confirm that any pastries I'd ordered were nut-free. A simple gesture, but not a given. Thank you!

23/12/2025: I'm very angry. I ordered an €8 wrap, but the one you gave me is absolutely not the same as the photo. I made this clear to the staff. Then you came back into the store and brought me the same wrap as before, claiming it was new and the one I had ordered. This makes me feel mocked and disrespected. I reiterated that it was the same wrap as before. After you came back again, you told me it was still the right one. I showed the photo of what I wanted to order, but they told me that the piadina wasn't there and that it couldn't be the same as the photo, insisting that they were right. But this doesn't match what I ordered or what was shown on the menu.
