16/07/2025: very nice location, service, well, a bit so-so, we took 2 menus, 9 courses, good, I can't say anything else, the only thing that I'm not happy with is the excellent bread and oil, wow, but I don't go to a starred restaurant for the bread, we agree

02/07/2025: quality and friendliness are the 2 positive things. menu with particular dishes and right combinations. only negative note: the quantities. given the cost of the dishes and the location you expect to have quantities from an old tavern but unfortunately it remains light. the host is a host. he has the country friendliness that is needed. overall sufficient

20/07/2025: Piacevole scoperta! Tutto ottimo quello che abbiamo mangiato, personale cortese, titolare persona di altri tempi che purtroppo vanno a finire. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente ora sappiamo che i piatti sono generosi e che quindi bisogna stare attenti a quanto ordinare. Complimenti!

23/06/2025: I went to Bistro’ Lurati with my friends, and we had such a fantastic evening! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh pasta, perfectly cooked steak, and the desserts were amazing! The quality of the ingredients really stood out. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The owners were incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. Great wine selection too. Definitely a highlight of our trip, we’d all go back in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!

20/06/2025: We often visit Porlezza and almost always stop by Lurati if we want to get good meat. The staff is always very professional in their approach to your wishes to improve your stay at the Bistro.

08/08/2025: The wide variety of fish from Lake Como is reduced to three bland pieces of fish, two of them the same fish. The dish is more than forgettable. As you can see, the lemon was as big as any piece of fish. 22 euros a plate.

01/08/2025: What a great place to stop for a bite to eat on the way to Bellagio. It has a public beach and great views of the lake, so you can bring your picnic and eat.

Table service was 12 out of 10, and the staff was incredibly professional and friendly. Their Indeciso wine is a must-try. The dinner ended with a truly superb cotta. We'll definitely be back!

08/06/2025: I’ve been coming to this pizza place in Brienno for years, first with my grandma, and now mostly with friends, and it’s become such a special part of my time by Lake Como. The staff are truly amazing. They’re always so kind and welcoming, and honestly, they’re a big reason why I love coming back. And the pizza? Occhio di Leone is my go-to every time. It’s honestly the best pizza I’ve ever had, full of flavour, perfectly made, just unreal. This place feels like a home away from home. Great people, incredible food, and memories I’ll always cherish. 15/06/2025: Quiet place on Lake Como. As a restaurant it is very touristy with high prices. A Margherita costs 8.50 euros and it is not exactly the best pizza I have eaten in my life. There is the possibility of taking desserts too... but only the possibility, because a tiramisu costs more than a Margherita!

12/06/2025: We had a fantastic Lake Como trip the summer of 2024! One of the great finds was the Rodrigo Ristorante Pizzeria. Our youngest daughter has celiac, so finding places that have both gluten free options and take precautions to not cross-contaminate can be difficult. She enjoyed pasta one night and pizza another night, and the owner took photos to show the pizza in a separate pan. He was amazing and really cared about our daughter to make sure everything was done right. All the food was great and the service was outstanding! Please stop by if you're near the Grand Hotel Tremezzo.
