20/03/2026: I wanted to try the award-winning cassoula. What can I say...absolutely perfect, both visually and to the taste. I cook it and try it often in other restaurants: I consider it the best ever. Definitely worth a try.

15/04/2026: Yesterday was a disappointment... the portion was very generous, but the fried food consisted mostly of rings with dry batter and sticky rings inside... very few small fish and a couple of shrimp... Honestly, I remembered SOMETHING VERY DIFFERENT.

22/03/2026: We stopped at this place simply for a coffee, but were refused service. We were told they couldn't make us a coffee. I've never heard anything like this: a restaurant being unable to serve a simple coffee, especially during lunch hours and with many customers present. We were told that since we hadn't eaten there, they couldn't serve us coffee. I find this behavior absurd and completely unjustified. Furthermore, at that moment we really needed coffee for health reasons (low blood pressure), making the situation even more unpleasant. This attitude on the part of the staff is highly unprofessional. I do not recommend it.

21/04/2026: This evening I had a delicious thin-crust pizza, crispy! The staff is very kind and helpful. The atmosphere is welcoming and very relaxing.

03/10/2025: What a magical experience to hike for hours deep into the wooded mountains around Lake Como and then find yourself at such a wonderful restaurant. We started with a great negroni and spritz. The board of cheese and meats was what I have been searching for the last two weeks in Italy. I had tried so many, including at nice restaurants in Bologna, but all the others seemed on par with the states. Not this board though, everything on it was life changing good. Our two mains were very delicious and unique. We really enjoyed them both. We ended our meal with a delicious chocolate cake with wild berries. We had the best espresso of the whole trip, so many places in Italy serve gritty and super acidic coffee but this was smooth and delicious. He also recommended some new amori to me and brought over the bottles to let me pour what I wanted. I really appreciated the great recommendations and the trust there. Lastly, I cannot stress how cool this place is up there in the mountains. It was a great experience I would recommend to anyone who is up for a hike in a very beautiful place.

22/04/2026: The welcome is friendly, cordial, and unobtrusive, but it's obvious that it's not standard, just like the venue. The menu is extensive, but not overly so, and freshly prepared. The price is in line with the venue. I'll be back when I'm back in town.

19/04/2026: My husband and I often eat out, and we're both foodies 😂 We can happily say that I'm ONLY disappointed that I can't give it 10 stars!!!! A unique and impressive location!! The owner, a genuine character, knows his stuff and is a serial seeker of precious Made in Italy culinary delights. His partner, a wonderfully friendly and supportive woman, is always there. His mother is the queen at the entrance; she's incredibly sweet and attentive to her customers. Well, what can I say? THE FOOD IS GORGEOUS! IT'S A WONDERFUL PLACE AND... The service is absolutely unique. I can't ruin the surprise, but... YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO COME!

02/11/2025: Beautiful and delicious birthday cake! I was fortunate enough to hear about this cake from several people, so I asked them to make it for my daughter Nora's first birthday. Everyone was completely satisfied with the taste and appearance! Not just the sugar paste, but the flavor was also excellent!

06/12/2025: Unfortunately, I ordered a pizza with sausage and broccoli rabe. The broccoli rabe is packaged (it tastes like lemon). They're not homemade, but the rest is... Everything was good. The staff was very friendly, and the meal was good.

25/03/2026: Everything was fantastic. The waitress was excellent, and we felt very comfortable the whole time. The portions are perfect, even generous, they have an endless variety of pizzas, and the quality of the ingredients is superb! We left this place very happy and will definitely return if we're ever in the area again. Big hugs from Spain ❤️
