17/03/2024: Good morning, last night I ordered a pizza by phone, the surcharge for delivery is fair, but they force you to spend a minimum of €10.
In the end the bill was €12, it's a shame that the delivery boy, who was also very kind, didn't give the right change;
So I spent €15, otherwise he would have given it back to us.
The pizza isn't that great, but everyone has their own tastes.
In short, a pizza costing €7, I paid €15.
I'm sorry, but I find it very serious that there are certain surprises.
28/02/2024: Stayed in the ibis across the road and tried this on our first night. Best pizza I've ever had!!! Also, it was so cheap. I would come back here just for the food.

07/04/2024: " Coffee is a pleasure...."... it should be..
Sunday morning, no customers at the counter, no customers waiting at the checkout, where we wait a few minutes until one of the 4 baristas behind the counter deigns to come and make us pay for the coffees. We order and in those few minutes we listen to discussions, recriminations, complaints ("I did...", "I opened...", "it's your turn..." etc.) from the 4 barmaids. However, no one finds the time to wipe the crumbs off the counter on which the coffees are placed.
I would recommend a course on professionalism...and also one on good manners.
01/04/2024: I understand that no one likes to work on holidays but when you choose catering this is the price.
Rude staff who snort in customers' faces just because they ask for the flavors of the croissants that don't have a tag, butt chewed in front of customers, dirty place despite the fact that in the 20 minutes we were inside there were few people for whom cleaning the tables was necessary.
I hope that the owner wasn't one of the rude people present otherwise it would be even more serious and he certainly needs to review a lot of the staff.
It's a shame because the location and the location deserve it.

25/09/2023: 500 gram XXL burger with chips quite good. On Thursdays, sandwiches are all 50% off. Without these offers the prices are absolutely very high considering the quality of the meat which is not bad but not even worth the money they ask for! Service a little too slow (place not even half full).

Ristorante Albergo Arcade

31/01/2024: Abbiamo usufruito solamente del ristorante a cena, senza pernottare nell'hotel. Pagato totale poco più di 100 euro per mangiare poco e male. Pochissime scelte, oltre che scontate e standard, nel menù nella sua globalità (dall'antipasto al dolce, comprese le bevande). Prezzo dei singoli piatti esagerato, soprattutto considerando la qualità di ciò che ci veniva portato. Nei primi, la pasta ed il condimento sembravano completamente sconnessi ed insapori, come se fossero due entità separate. Locale antico e squallido. Oltretutto si sentivano odori non proprio gradevoli, soprattutto provenienti dalla cucina. Cameriere frettoloso e non simpaticissimo. In più, abbiamo anche prenotato il tavolo con una settimana di anticipo (ignari di ciò che ci avrebbe aspettato) ed alla fine in sala eravamo solo noi 3 con un'altra coppia di signori di 90 o giù di lì. Una cena surreale, nella quale abbiamo più volte pensato di alzarci ed andarcene, ma alla fine non lo abbiamo fatto per protesta. Sconsiglio assolutamente a chiunque!!!
17/01/2024: Vivo all'estero e ciò che mi manca di più è l'ottima cucina lombarda. Ho visitato una mia amica a Como, mi ha chiesto "Cosa vuoi fare qui?", le ho risposto "Mangiare qualcosa di buono". Mi ha quindi portata in questo ristorante dove ho certamente mangiato qualcosa di buono e sono stata felice di gustare dell'ottimo cibo tradizionale. Ho ordinato polenta e missultin, la mia amica polenta e ossobuco. Tutto buonissimo. Il vino della casa era buono e il tiramisù spettacolare. L'ambiente è quello bello delle trattorie e il proprietario molto gentile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Che dire, se verrò di nuovo in zona vorrò tornarci sicuramente!
