15/03/2026: Dinner with friends at this typical Lombard restaurant.
The atmosphere was intimate, perhaps a little cramped where we were, but very pleasant.
The friendly and helpful staff met all our needs, and we were offered a welcome glass of wine.
The dishes were traditional, with a good variety and excellent flavor.
The prices were perhaps a little above average.
Recommended!
13/03/2026: We discovered this place and were fascinated. Small but cozy and quaint. The owners are professional and friendly. The food is excellent. The price is fair.
We were with an Australian friend who enjoyed the typical Lombard dishes.
We will definitely be back.

Excellent menu and very friendly service.
Medium/high price, but the quality and preparation justify it.
Homemade bread (very good).
Little seating, reservations are practically mandatory.
Reservations are essential.
The menu is limited (3 appetizers, first courses, and second courses) but changes frequently.
The only downside is that when the room is full, it can be a bit noisy (echoing).
Worth a visit.
19/03/2026: A wonderful experience! You can tell every course has been carefully planned down to the smallest detail, with sophisticated pairings and excellent quality ingredients. Extensive wine list, truly friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!!!

05/02/2026: A small, family-run 2-star hotel. Traveling for work, it's a regular stop whenever I pass through. The highlight is the food; the food is truly divine, and the pizza is in the top five. The view is breathtaking; in the evening, wild deer come right up to the hotel; it's amazing. The price is really good. The only flaw is that the rooms are a bit summery, but I can see that the owner is gradually fixing everything; every time I visit, I see new things, like the flooring, the locks, the bathrooms. It gets full marks.

22/02/2026: My wife, I, and our little girl had lunch at Elvis's today, and there's a family atmosphere here. It feels like home: the staff are friendly, welcoming, professional, and excellent, well-cooked and beautifully presented dishes.
I also emphasize the honesty with a capital H. In fact, due to a typo on the receipt, we paid for the wine twice without realizing it. We left, and shortly afterward they followed us to refund the extra amount we paid. A gesture not common among us, and not to be taken for granted. WELL DONE! Finally, a shout-out to Jonny, who is super professional, friendly, and helpful! Wonderful place, we'll be back.

26/02/2026: A quiet weekday evening. It's no longer typical Sicilian, but I ate and drank well. Very friendly staff, and some areas were very nice. If I had to make a small complaint, the atmosphere was a bit chilly despite the heaters. I recommend the mixed grill; it was spectacular.
17/02/2026: A truly pleasant place. The staff was extremely kind, attentive, and professional throughout the evening. The dishes were excellent, but the shrimp in particular were exceptional—very fresh and flavorful. The bread and wine also deserve a special mention, all of which were top-quality.
You can taste the authenticity of Sicilian cuisine and the attention to detail. I would happily return again. Highly recommended.

22/10/2025: We went to the Mandarin on Lake Como for an aperitivo, and the location is truly spectacular. It's a little hard to find, but the staff at the entrance were very kind and seated us even without a reservation. They took us down to the bar on a golf cart, so we didn't have to walk all the way down, which was really convenient.
The view of the lake is breathtaking, the location is elegant, and the service impeccable. We had two glasses of Franciacorta, a focaccia, and some complimentary appetizers. We ended up paying around €25 each: a price in line with the exclusive setting, but absolutely worth it for the view, the atmosphere, and the overall experience.

Friendly and professional service.

1 heifer tartare
2 tagliolini with truffle (€40 each)
1 beef fillet
1 bottle of white wine
The food was decent, but the tagliolini with white truffle was truly the most disappointing. The truffle was practically tasteless, "exhausted," and considering it was off-menu, I would have expected much more... it just tasted like butter. The beef fillet with pumpkin and leek cream was very good, but overall, next time I'd try other dishes on the menu.
26/01/2026: Delight is not enough to express my admiration for this restaurant, run by the same family for four generations. The cuisine is truly heavenly – artichokes, poached eggs with white truffle, pasta with black and white truffles, and a dessert that tasted even better than it looked (a soft, creamy puff filled with coffee cream and encased in a crispy chocolate crumble) – simply a masterpiece! The waitstaff deserves another round of praise – polite, professional, friendly, and with excellent knowledge of wine pairings (the wine list, by the way, is a story in itself, as it covers all the wine regions of Italy and resembles a comprehensive book). A foodie's paradise!
