19/05/2024: Absolutely crazy place, both for the atmosphere, the hospitality and the food. We had the 6-course menu, and the chef surprised us with something magnificent at every dish! The chef is also very nice as he comes out with each dish presented, talks about it, and takes the time to get to know you and have a laugh! Our waiter, Vito, was incredible! Super cute :) Overall, I highly recommend this place, it's “once in a lifetime experience” We're waiting for the Michelin star ✨

08/05/2024: Locale ubicato in una posizione incantevole sul Lago di Como. Accoglienza professionale, sistemazione del nostro tavolo nelle vicinanze di un gruppo di circa 30 persone di lingua inglese. Ottima offerta di piatti con alcune preparazioni non in relazione con la tradizione del territorio. Peccato che il menu non viene spiegato, si pensa che gli ospiti sono dei bravi tecnici nell'interpretare il pensiero dello chef. Servizio del vino e acqua inesistente per tutta la cena mi sono improvvisato sommelier. Esperienza alla toilette negativa porta senza chiave ed assenza di detergente per le mani. Suggerisco di rafforzare i punti deboli e a migliorare il livello complessivo del servizio, al fine di essere allineati con il livello dei prezzi dei vostri prodotti e servizi.

07/05/2024: Domenica sera, mio marito ed io, siamo stati a cena al bellissimo ristorante Acquadolce di Carate Urio. Era un buono regalo che ci era stato fatto qualche mese fa e abbiamo aspettato la bella stagione per godere al meglio del paesaggio del lago di Como, infatti le nostre aspettative non sono state deluse. Il ristorante è davvero incantevole, a partire dalla posizione: un giardino fiorito con veranda che si affaccia sul lago, gli interni curati nel minimo dettaglio. Natalie, la proprietaria, ci ha accolti con un bellissimo sorriso e ci ha coccolati per tutto il tempo. Anche il personale è gentile, professionale, molto preparato e anche simpatico...il che non guasta. Naturalmente la cosa essenziale sono i piatti, noi abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione con pesce di lago e con vini abbinati. Lo chef ha saputo creare un giusto connubio ed equilibrio tra la tradizione e la sperimentazione: una vera estasi per il palato. Cos'altro dire? Tutto più che positivo, senz'altro da provare.

02/03/2024: Very nice and well-kept place... in summer it is nice to dine in the outdoor area behind, but also at the tables overlooking the small square. Really super pizza, congratulations! The only negative note is the smell of food that gets on you and your clothes... I would improve the ventilation system...

We cherish a precious memory of our wonderful wedding reception, a special day, enjoyed fully and without worries thanks to the professionalism and passion of Elena and her parents, who followed us in every choice. With the Maltese Cross it was love at first sight! A refined location, characterized by a bright banquet room with large windows, immersed in the green, well-kept park. There is also a play area equipped for children's entertainment. Our guests were impressed by the beauty of the place and the quality of the dishes. The menu left us satisfied with the quality of the raw materials. We were fond of it and can only recommend it! A heartfelt thank you for everything, from Natasha and Andrea ❤️

02/03/2024: Positive experience. The place looks good, furnished with style, clean and comfortable. Well-studied menu with pages dedicated to explaining the politics of the place. We ate two pizzas and had two vegan desserts. The pizza had good dough and excellent ingredients. Good, slightly salty. The two desserts were excellent. The vegan menu on first and second courses looked very interesting. I advise managers to introduce the single Veg dish to give people the opportunity to taste the various courses, as happens with the omnivorous menu.
