Mercato38 In Erba

We went to Mercato 38 and had a really good time. We loved the place and enjoyed the food from start to finish. We started with a platter to share: perhaps not the most generous, but still the right size for a shared appetizer. Then we had pizzoccheri and tagliolini with lamb ragù, both truly delicious. The pizzoccheri in particular impressed us the most: flavorful, well-made, and truly enjoyable to eat. For dessert, we chose an apple tarte tatin with a scoop of ice cream, which was delicious and beautifully presented. While we enjoyed it, the savory dishes were undoubtedly our favorite. Overall, it was a very positive experience and we'll gladly return.

A lovely surprise right in the center of Erba. We had porchetta with mustard and honey, excellent ravioli filled with cassœula, and delicious breaded char. The staff was extremely friendly, always attentive and helpful. The place is small but very welcoming. See you next time!

We chose this place at the last minute and it was a pleasant discovery. The lunch menu offers a selection of traditional Lombard dishes, including risotto with ossobuco and mondeghili. All the dishes we tasted were generous and well-prepared. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. During the summer, you can also dine al fresco in Erba's charming piazza.

A traditional restaurant with excellent quality dishes at a fair price. Dishes with attention to detail. The staff were kind and professional. We had a great time!! We tried both fish and meat dishes. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent Easter Monday barbecue. Great service, friendly and efficient, excellent food, well-served, a glass of Nebbiolo, multi-fruit sorbet, and coffee, all at a great price. The staff were truly friendly, everything was great 👌 🆗️ 🙆‍♀️ We returned for Easter Monday lunch 2026, very good, outdoor seating, fantastic day, delicious menu, Pasqualino tart, delicious porchetta, fresh sorbet, and the crunchy bread is noteworthy. Always attentive service! Everything was excellent!!!

All good as usual with the super cassoeula that is worth a 350 km trip.

I came to eat on Tuesday, March 31st, with a group of nine. We were greeted by very pleasant, smiling people who immediately made us feel at ease. The dishes we ordered were very good, and the setting was magnificent. We ate in a beautiful little vaulted room. Everything was perfect from arrival to departure. A wonderful discovery! I highly recommend it, and if I ever pass through Erba again, I will definitely return.
